I was running late as I was coming from quite a distance and the traffic was brutal. Nevertheless, I was greeted in the most lovely manner. The salon was quite busy and I felt very welcomed. Everyone I met at the salon had the biggest smile.Ezra the manager, who put extra change in the meter by my car so I wouldn't receive a ticket, Aracelli who washed my hair and of course, Bulent who styled my hair. Bulent certainly had his own styling technique. It took him every bit of an hour to shape and style my hair. He truly is a master. I didn't have an appointment, but I walked in around 11:45am on a Wednesday and asked how much a simple wash, cut and blow dry would cost. $55! So very reasonable. I asked if they had time available and yes! I was taken right away. Erica was so nice, and polite and made my experience wonderful. She was very attentive and had a great conversation.
