He had a quote for me from the owner before even leaving. It was a fair price as well. They were able to get me on the schedule super fast. The whole experience was fast and great. The day of work, they showed up and got right to work. They managed to replace the roof and get the work done and cleaned up in about half a working day. I had an excellent experience with Top Tier Roofing. I noticed water spots on my ceiling and reached out to a few different companies. Sean called me early the next morning and was out to take a look the very next day. He explained where the leak was coming from and I never felt like he was trying to pull one over or find problems that weren't there. We scheduled the roof repair for three days later but inclement weather pushed us into early the next week. I can't say enough about the guys who came out to do the job - it was a really lousy winter day and they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard workers. We were specifically asked to write this review by Bobby from top tier roof. I usually don't do reviews by request but I figured I'd help out a local business. Our roof was installed less than 3 years ago and today's wind have loosened a large portion of the metal cover that was installed on the edge. We are out of town and received calls from multiple neighbors that the roof is "flapping" in the wind". We were told there is a service charge because this isn't included in the warranty. I wouldn't recommend top tier to neighbors but pretty sure no one will be asking who did our roof since they've all now seen this ! read more

After getting several quotes, Top Tier came in with a competitive price. They were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. They handled all my questions and were very informative. I got a new roof installed and the crew did swift, good work, and showed up on time. They took before and after pictures and helped me cap off some random pipe that was leaking. They even kindly helped my neighbor by taking a look at an issue she was having with her roof when she just came out to ask about making an appointment. They use white rubber which saved me having to get the typical white coating, which another place was going to charge me $800 for on top of the new roof cost. Their 15 year warranty was what sealed the deal for me. I've already told 3 people about them, and two will be using them!
