They never called back to confirm or request that I call back to confirm so I desperately tried to accommodate them and rushed to get there for 12:15. Construction on the highway made it impossible to get there so I called and told them I would have to keep my 12:45 appointment. They REFUSED!!! They would not accommodate me!!! I was shocked and really NOT happy and I let her know this. I told them I would keep the 12:15 but I would be at least 5 to 10 minutes late. They told me that if I was more then 5 minutes late they would NOT take me! I arrived 4 minutes late so they took me. I could hear them talking about me in the back room and when the woman came out she said "he's known to throw people out of here" to the other worker. Of course they kept me waiting 15+ minutes and when the doctor came in all he said was that he couldn't do a consult without $750 worth of xrays! He didn't look at my jaw or ask any history and quoted me that it would cost between $5,000 and $20,000. I told him that I asked what the first appointment would cost before I made the appointment and they told me on the phone the consult was $60. The doctor just smirked and said nothing. He was very smug and uncaring. I guess if you have good insurance he'll be nicer.

Dr. vrona has touched me with his magic therapy hands! he is truly magical! Yes he took $700 X-rays, yes it's expensive! But he knows his sh*t! After seeing dentist after dentist, after dentist. And all of them scratching their head not figuring out whats wrong with me ( not dr jones, he saved my life with the jig, god bless dr jones) dr.V was able to tell me within a week whats wrong with me. He told me he neglected his wife studying my peculiar case. It all made sense and I cried because he was the only one who looked at the overall instead of just my teeth. It's been 3 weeks that I've been seeing Dr.V and I definetly see results. He gives me amazing therapy that is intense and needed, his therapy can kast anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half.That being said, you have to have money in the bank if you don't have insurance (like unlucky me) don't go if you have no funds, hes a doctor for crying out loud! save up because he is the only person (feels it to me) on the planet who will be passionate on relieving your face, neck , and jaw ( not just teeth). I am fortunate, I can afford him, however I was once a 20 year old pauper, and if chronic jaw pain was my cross to bear I would do everything in my power to feel a %100, including giving him my autographed Eddy Vedder One CD.

They supposedly checked and told me it was covered. It was not covered. I do not like being lied to. I had a followup appointment for dental work to be done scheduled. They had cancelled this appointment and informed me that they would reschedule. This was in the middle of me trying to straighten out the billing discrepancy. They eventually fixed this problem. I haven't heard from them since to reschedule the appointment they cancelled. Not impressed with them. I went to this dentist because my past dentists have had different problems ranging from insurance to not being able to do what they told me they could do. Looks like I will be looking for a new dentist. If they had been honest in the first place, I would still be a patient.

She was sensitive to my heightened gag reflex since I am pregnant and watched for any signs of my gums not being healthy since it's a higher risk during pregnancy. A week and a half later and my teeth still feel SO CLEAN! I got to be in the bird room office - a corner space with enormous windows on two sides and a view of a bird feeder in a big evergreen tree with tons of cute birds coming and going as you get your teeth cleaned. It was beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Lubbe was positive, fun and answered all my questions. It was a wonderful experience.
