She was sensitive to my heightened gag reflex since I am pregnant and watched for any signs of my gums not being healthy since it's a higher risk during pregnancy. A week and a half later and my teeth still feel SO CLEAN! I got to be in the bird room office - a corner space with enormous windows on two sides and a view of a bird feeder in a big evergreen tree with tons of cute birds coming and going as you get your teeth cleaned. It was beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Lubbe was positive, fun and answered all my questions. It was a wonderful experience.

I've called three months in a row because my dentures are broken that they took care of. And I've been pushed aside to say that the only Dr, which is the owner is going on another two weeks. How often does a doctor need to take a vacation when there's no other doctors on call. Say the least it is the worst run office I've ever been to in my life.

I originally went in on an emergency case basis, and have continued my care from there. Dr. Patil is just wonderful. He and his staff made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. He explains everything clearly, reviews all treatment options, and provides pain free care. I had two root canals performed by him and never felt any pain at all. He even called me personally the morning after a particularly difficult procedure just to make sure I was feeling well. I have never felt so at ease at the dentists office! Their appointments do book up quickly, but you can always leave a note that you would like to come in earlier for an appointment should one open up (and they actually follow up for you!). The office was just remodeled and is very comfortable.. all treatment rooms are private.

They had cancelled this appointment and informed me that they would reschedule. This was in the middle of me trying to straighten out the billing discrepancy. They eventually fixed this problem. I haven't heard from them since to reschedule the appointment they cancelled. Not impressed with them. I went to this dentist because my past dentists have had different problems ranging from insurance to not being able to do what they told me they could do. Looks like I will be looking for a new dentist. If they had been honest in the first place, I would still be a patient.

After calling several times asking for help, Ariana put the phone on auto-answer for the remaining office time of one hour. It is unacceptable to treat a valued patient like this.
