Almost Angels allows you to privately hire one of our professional caregivers by paying a Finder's Fee. A Finder's Fee is the least expensive home care plan we offer. Clients are protected by our thirty (30) day refund guarantee and our exclusive two (2) year caregiver replacement guarantee - the best caregiver replacement guarantee in Illinois!
Although caregivers placed through Almost Angels are not our employees, each applicant undergoes the same careful screening process as our Homeward Bound caregivers. Established in 1987.
Before a caregiver is placed in your home, they are personally interviewed by a case manager and then carefully screened. Their professional references and qualifications are validated. Our agency conducts a fingerprint based criminal background check and driving history search. Besides very careful employment screening, there are also personal qualities we look for in every caregiver such as good communication skills, professionalism, kindness, cheerfulness and good manners, just to name a few. We believe that only if a caregiver is good enough to care for our own parents are they good enough to work for you.
We have a diverse network of male and female caregivers because we have learned over the years that "one size does not fit all". We are often asked to match the language and culture of a client with the caregiver so our network can include caregivers from many different nationalities: Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian, German, Italian, Irish, Filipino-Asian, Hispanic, Caribbe

It is also ranked A+ by the Better Business Bureau - the highest level of credibility any business can achieve! We created this agency to allow our clients more flexibility when customizing their own private-duty home care program. Almost Angels allows you to privately hire one of our professional caregivers after paying the agency a Finder's Fee (which is the least expensive home care plan we offer). After paying our fee, our client will be protected by a caregiver replacement guarantee.
Although caregivers placed through Almost Angels are not our employees, and are paid directly by the client, each applicant undergoes the same thorough and extensive screening process as our Homeward Bound caregivers.. Almost Angels and Homeward Bound share the same pool of caregivers.
