The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, from end to end. They didnt have those rock hard ends you sometimes get when they sit too long. They had several non alcoholic slushies for our younger daughter, which helped keep the heat at bay. Burgers were simple, but good. Fries and onion rings were good but the fried green beans were my personal favorite. If you are in Land Between the Lakes, you shoukd definitely stop by!

The ambiance is "Cracker Barrel meets old dusty floral decor," which in my humble opinion is a very "cluttered and clausterphobic" atmosphere, but it is still worth going to visit. The dust layers on all the fake florals was just a little hard on my allergies but the shops & restaurant food was worth it.

There's this whole lighted (think Christmas type lights) walkthrough area behind the restaurant with animals, a koi pond and stores (gift & liquor). This space is unlike most any restaurant that I've ever been to but it was neat. The food is what really got Patti her rating though. The flower pot bread was good, the spinach salad with the hot bacon dressing was better and that pork chop with the sauce completed an excellent meal. Then came desert, the peanut butter chess pie was phenomenal and of course I had to get it with ice cream and now I'm getting ready for bed from a food induced coma.
