Unfortunately after a few weeks of going in and learning that my chain was not ready, they texted me to say that they lost my chain but I could go in and choose another one. My heart was broken but Hannah was really patient and helpful in finding a similar chain and I chose (and paid) for a pendant to go along with it. A couple weeks later I moved to another city when I got a text that they found my chain, so drove the 4 hours round-trip to pick it up. They did a good job, were still friendly and waived the $25 mending fee. Things happen but customer service makes all the difference!
