If I could give them zero stars I would. I broke the back window on my truck and called these guys and they replaced it for me that same day. A few months later I noticed that behind my back seat was always damp...I didn't think anything of it. The truck was my daily driver so it was drying out. Fast forward to me getting a new car and letting this truck sit with a leaky window....mold/mildew everywhere in the truck! So I call about changing the window and the guy tells me they've been having this problem a lot and that that window has been recalled so bring the truck back and they'll change it for free. I make an appointment and when I get to the appointment the guy is looking supposed to see me. I told him I'll wait for them to change it, I'm not in a rush. After 20 minutes the guy comes back and tells me sorry, we gave the window to the kona shop...he'll call around for another window another day cuz he doesn't have time right now. Man, you just had an hour to do my window and now you don't?? Whatever. So he said he would call...I wait a month and he hasn't called yet so I called and left a message. No response. I wanted another month and tried calling again. These guys won't even call me back!! 4 months later I'm still waiting for them to return my call. Super bad attitude with the office guy. These guys are amazing! Saw few recommended auto glass places recommended and heard the usual complaints about staffing and shipping issues so most could not get immediate help for at least a couple of months. I totally get it with all the domino affect due to Covid between staffing and shipping issues. I must've had luck on my side. They not only had my windshield in stock and were able to replace right away however it was I that had scheduling issues. These guys not only were great about working with me, providing their recommendations and expertise about questions, and showing up when they said they would. HIGHLY recommend. I called Aloha Autoglass to get an estimate. They gave me an estimate over the phone and a time when they would come to my house to fix my car window. It was really great that they are mobil and came to me. They did a great job cleaning everyone up and installing the new window in less than an hour. read more

Great little shop and the guy who runs it is super talented. Had the Jeep glass we needed on site and was able to do the replacement in an hour. Only thing I wish he had was the Jeep window decals. The prices here are really good too. read more

Ripped me off! I paid $350 for them to install defective glass that another shop had to replace for me since Aloha never called me back and wouldn't refund me after I dropped off the glass that was taken out before I got into an accident. It was so bad the safety check couldn't pass until I replaced the glass from Aloha glass. They suck and the the owner was not professional. The installation isn't even done professionally. I used these guys before when I busted out the back window of our Tacoma truck, but yesterday, I stopped in to get an estimate on my car windshield. They didn't have my windshield in stock and gave me a realistic, honest time-frame of when it would arrive if they ordered it. THEN he proceeded to recommend other auto glass places that could possibly do it faster (because my safety check is due soon). He even reluctantly recommended Safelite, acknowledging they would probably be cheaper, knowing he'd lose the business. In the future, I'll always come to these guys first for my auto-glass needs because they give great service, great customer service, and put the customer first. read more

Excellent fast service and a good price. But I can't get the glass clean. Smudges and streaks won't budge with Windex and Invisible glass cleaner and one big gray cloudy smudge is right in front of the steering wheel. Update. I thought I had been able to clean the windshield with soapy water and a brush. When the sun came out I could see all the smudges and streaks we're still on the glass. It seems as if the glass is made poorly has lots of imperfections. I talked with Aloha glass and I'm going to go in this week so they can look at it. You could only see all the smudges and streaks when the sun is out and it's been raining all week read more

I have been and will continue to use these guys only. I have shopped around before using them but for this reason alone I will always use them . I watched another company change the front windshield on my friends '94 civic and man those dudes were rough on the removal of the old one as well as the install of the new one. It was like watching robots on an assembly line. Then I watched these guys change out a windshield of my own on a '02 windstar , mind you they came from keaukaha all the way to Leilani estates, not street, if you ever watch them work it's like watching art move. The way they do everything how they pop a shattered window and all that is pretty cool to see. I could see the pride they took in their work and how they gave a shit about everything they did. Honesty and more importantly INTEGRITY is missing in this world, Aloha Auto Glass has both and for that I will continue to use them.
