Scott who we have spent the most time with is quite personable and really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. In our first interaction more than a year ago we went in shopping for a mattress to put on a child's bunk bed. We were looking for a comfortable, affordable mattress. They didn't try to sell something we couldn't afford, instead we were directed to exactly what we needed. As a result we have returned twice more. The prices were fair, in one case he even found extra savings for us in the form of a manufacturer deal that arrived in the mail while we were there looking around. They let us purchase a mattress, then return it when it wasn't quite the right one for us a couple weeks later, then helped us purchase the perfect mattress. We have been sleeping great ever since! We also purchased a sturdy bed frame, bunk bed foundations and all for great prices. They also offer a more affordable, higher quality mattress protector than we have seen elsewhere. It is nice to visit with someone who knows their products and can offer helpful advice. They have treated us very well as customers and we will be back again.

We went to three stores and finally decided we'd stretch our budget so we could stop shopping! ;-) I went back the next day to order the one closest to our budget, only to have the guy tell he had messed up and it was actually $1200 more than he'd quoted. Ugh.... So off I went to three more stores by myself. The next day, my husband and I went out again and went to two more stores....again, way out of budget. So, after another disappointing day of shopping, we stopped at this store on the way home. The young salesman was great. No pressure. Easy to talk to. Knew what he was talking about. I didn't give him any idea what our budget was but we told him the mattress and frame we wanted (which he didn't even have on the display floor)....and he came in at budget. The EXACT same mattress set that everyone else was quoting at $1000+ more! We ended up with the split king, a frame upgrade, and mattress covers for our targeted price. Honestly, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop...a call saying he's messed up or that the mattress was discontinued. Nope. It ended up coming in about 2 weeks early, and the salesman called to tell me I would get a call about 6:30pm giving me a three hour delivery window. My phone rang at 6:15pm, and we were given a 11:30am-2:30pm window. Two delivery guys showed up in that window and were very nice! They took hardly anytime at all to set it up and haul away our old set. I seriously can't say that I've had this good of a transaction, anywhere, in the last 10 years. Kudos to a job well done and we will definitely point any friends/family in this stores direction!!

We are furnishing an entire new house and this was just sectional and chairs for great room. He was prompt in getting us the pricing but it needed to be ordered as they don't carry it in stock. We found it in stock somewhere else in a different city. When he called to follow up on it and my wife told him we found it in stock, he went off verbally on her for wasting his time. She said it was the nastiest call she can remember. She didn't even get to tell him that his pricing was also 25% higher for the same furniture. We never promised him the order! Don't know how he is still in business. Should have looked at reviews first as this seems to be a pattern with him. We won't ever deal with him or his company again.
