Filling up the gasoline tank in the rental car in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii... It was a last minute decision... I could have gotten gas at Costco, but... I didn't see anything on my rental car agreement and the service representative didn't mention it upon pick upof the vehicle. I turned in my rental car key, then asked about filling the tank. Yup... It would cost more if the rental company did it. Uhg!!! Luckily, Aloha Gas was down the street - on the corner of Kahuhipa Street and Kamehameha Highway. Probably the best Aloha Gas in Kaneohe. There are ample pumps and two entrances to accommodate the number of cars that sometimes move in and out of this location. I've also found that this Aloha is usually a few cents cheaper than the one just across the street, which is a bit odd. Service is also great here. Cashiers are friendly and always willing to help if you have a question. In regards to what's on offer, Aloha loses a star for the lack of vegetarian options, which to me puts them behind the competition (7-11 just introduced a tofu musubi). With all that being said, my favorite part about Aloha is the savings. Get the Aloha Gas card and save an easy 8 cents per gallon. read more

I've been double charged for the car wash. There were issues with the newly built car wash and the electronics as they say. All I need is a credit or another car wash and I can't get the manager to call back and resolve this simple fix matter. I am pretty happy with my $8 "the work" car wash for a V.S. $9 with no gas. With the high prices everywhere in Hawaii, I would say this $8 car wash is probably one of the cheapest. My car came out clean but there was a few areas of water drops. That could be easily wiped off by hand when you get home. This is a good go to when you need an express car wash because your car is so dirty. Also you are in the area already. For me, I was leaving Windward to go home. Located right next to Kimchee I, down the street from the mall. This Aloha gas station has a car wash and small store with an ATM inside. The location is pretty good, and easy to get in and out of. I think this gas station has the best price for gas in Kaneohe. read more

Not great customer service. Clerk never even looks up to acknowledge you. Receipt printer often out of paper so you have to go inside and wait in line for receipt. Doesn't make self service very efficient at all. read more

If you're looking for attentive, caring service, avoid this gas station & go to the one across the street. My husband lost his ID and when he came looking for it there, the clerk told him they "gave it to some girl" and "you just have to get a new one." Super upsetting...when I called asking what happened, the manager was super rude and basically accused me of lying. Since taking over the convenience store from 711 this place has made some favorable improvements especially in the store set up. Always Liked the ideal location and easy parking. The gas prices are about the same even though there are some savings deals. I especially like the drive way that makes it easy to enter and exit back onto the highway. read more
