This is for safety check only. I was the 8th car at 815 an hour later 1 car got completed as I waited in line, they rearranged the cars. By 923 a very nice lady came out to pass out the forms to fill out. I asked about how much longer and she stated at least an hour. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting over an hour I could not wait another hour. 2 hours for a safety is quite slow considering. This is one of gas station that sells ethanol free gas which is better for your vehicle and runs efficiently especially if you drive a hybrid like me. Usually cashiers are on it and pleasant but not today. She looked at me like she was going to bite my head off. She was counting her pennies and I guess I interrupted her moment. Came for a safety check during COVID-19 period. Quick FYI - safety checks are extended out three months after expiration through December 31, 2020. First, make sure you call and make an appointment, they are only making appointments on the day of, so if you're trying to get an appointment for tomorrow, then you need to call tomorrow; Second, make sure you are wearing your mask/face covering; Third, if possible, park in the lanes in front of the FastLube area; Fourth, it is not clear where you're supposed to go to check-in so as of 6/23/2020, I went to the window of the store and was told to check-in at the FastLube area where the workers were all busy and there was no one else who could help so I had to interrupt them; Fifth, make sure you have your current registration and insurance card in hand when you go; Sixth, be prepared to wait a little while, I was told that I could go shopping and they'd call me when my car was pau, but I just waited there; Seventh, if you hang out in their area, make sure you remember that they have a loud bell that rings when a car drives up to their area; and Eighth, pay for your inspection and breathe a sigh of relief that you're good to go for another year! Stopped here randomly last year to get my safety check and came back again because of how easy and fast it is. Just pull up to the garage and someone helps me every time! There is a little waiting room and every one here is nice. No hassle and just what I need. I would recommend anyone to get their safety done here or other maintenance work. read more

I needed to get a replacement safety sticker because I wanted to transfer my safety sticker from my bumper to the bracket attached to my license plate. I came down at around 3pm and talked to one of the ladies about my situation and she told me to go talk to the manager. I told the manager, James, about my situation and he was able to help reprint me a new safety sticker. He did it really quickly and removed my old sticker on my bumper and placed the new one on the bracket. read more

Recently renovated, fronting Longs/CVS on Kamehameha Hwy. in Pearl City. They completely broke down the tiny garage area and now have a larger shop area for lube & other services. Workers are friendly and very helpful. A lot better than when there was only one guy running the service bay. They also have ethanol free gasoline here. Many times the fuel prices here are lower than the competitors. read more

This 76 was doing one of those lower gas promotions so since we lived near here, we thought we would come check it out. I have admittedly filled in gas here before but it is one of the pricier ones on the island. However, when all grades were $3.79, it was a deal! The people were friendly and it looked clean. If you go inside the mini mart, it's actually quite large but there's not that much food/beverages. There's a dining area which I found weird but I guess helpful if you're waiting to have your car looked at. They do have a new service station area where you can get safety checks, oil changes, and the like. It looks really spiffy but I probably won't frequent there. There's so many oil change places like that now that I have one that I consistently go to and I like the people there. That being said, they do have some good promotions going on that if I needed one of those services, I might come here. They don't have a lot of gas pumps here but since there are so many gas stations within a few miles or even minutes of here, I don't see it as a problem. Called on Monday(12/27) to schedule a safety check inspection, they said they're not doing it today. I said that's fine, can I schedule one for Friday. She said we don't do appointments for safety check, walk ins only. Came in today at 7:55 to check in for a safety check inspection. She says they're not doing safety checks until next week. I said I called on Monday. She shrugs her shoulders and shows me a post it note "no safety until next week". read more

Moneyball: came here for a safety check based on other reviews and they lived up to the 5 stars. In and out no problems in 15 minutes. Makes: efficient and genuine customer service. At some other place I never passed safety checks without needing new tires or alignment or rotations etc (think yellow logo). Don't go there! Come here! Misses: none but really it's just hit or miss in regards to wait time, once it was 30-40 mins, today it was 0 mins. But they give you an honest wait time. I always used to go to Mililani chevron by 24 hr but now that I moved to aiea/pearl city border I've found a new place closer to home. read more

If I could give a business no stars , I would . My husband brought his Honda Ridgeline in yesterday for an oil change. They did the oil change & also checked a few things such an the filters & the we were told that they cleaned & checked the battery. From which they could find no other problems. We ran a few more errands & at our second stop, the truck would not start! Upon opening the hood, my husband discovered that the battery cables were not tightly connected & the terminals were horribly twisted !!!!! Definitely do not go there for any type of engine work ! We have an appointment at Honda, to look at & possibly change the terminals . What a terrible waste of our time & money. I called them & they were so NOT helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned, they sell ethanol-free gas here. It's what I use in my lawnmower, generator and chain saw. And it's right where we do our other shopping, at a place that's near to where we live. read more

They're always pleasant and even offer the 4 cents tax when buying a bottle of soda since its $2.04, of course we come back and give them plenty of change to cover but they are very quick to offer the coins needed. Plus they have Ethanol free gas which is one of the very few stations to offer it, their auto repair prices are pretty average but just like the gas station side their attitudes always seem to be pleasant. read more

76 gas stations are pretty much the only gas stations I go to because of the kamai'aina rewards card. This is another convenient location which is right on Kamehemeha Highway right next to the Pearl City Shopping Center and Zippys. It's just one of the many gas stations around the area. This locations was recently renovated and I think it's almost just like the one by the Aiea Shopping Center which the gas station is run by Flagship Fastlube. So not only is it just a gas station, it's also a mini convenience store in the inside and automotive maintenance as well. The staff and customer service is good. I am not sure if they are open 24 hours but I think they do close later in the late night. In the night time, the convenience store is closed by someone is still working there for gas purposes. Their prices are just average and most likely the same cost as all the other gas stations on the island. Sometimes they have promotions for lower prices on all grades of gas which is awesome and should be taken advantage of! They promote the kama'aine rewards card during that time and also a good way to promote 76. read more
