Where did my review go.....up in smoke maybe? Funny, four of the five pictures on this site are mine. I use this facility' regularly for pain relief and help with sleep. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A medical card is needed in order to make purchases. They have a lot to offer and once you're registered you can make your purchases online and pick up here showing your current medical card and photo ID. Your medical card has to be renewed once a year and is verified each time you're in. I like this facility because it's closer to my home, parking is fronting the store and free. read more

This used to be my favorite dispensary. The staff here is really awesome. Over the last year though quality, from service to weed, has just steadily declined here. Quality of weed went from ok to wet & low THC. I stopped going here because of this for a while. Gave them another try this weekend and got wet weed again, stuff wont even burn, bummer. As for service, I don't appreciate how heavy this Dispensary pushes 3rd party payment methods. Can't use the pick up window with card anymore because they want you to use 3rd party payment methods of their choice. Disappointing. read more

Convenient location, free parking, friendly knowledgeable staff. This location is bigger and nicer than the King Street location by far. Inside almost looks like a bank many "teller windows" where you get your consultation, with extensive informative menus on the wall. They had a certain oil I needed to get per my oncology cannabis nurse's suggestion for my particular type of breast cancer. Not all cancers benefit from THC or CBD or there are dosage ratios you need to learn about. So best to do your research and/or hire a cannabis professional on advice for dosage, ratios between THC and CBD, and ingestion method best for you, in light of your medical condition and/or conpability with any Rx drugs you take. Unfortunately dispensaries are relatively new and conventional doctors are clueless on how to best use Marijuana. So find a cannabis doctor or RN to maximize your use safely. I take it pretty seriously so a great dispensary that also educates you is important. I felt safe and welcomed there, prices were good and everyone was helpful. read more

In terms of anesthetics and ease of location/parking, this location takes the cake! It, too, is located next to to Hemptuary as is the Waikiki location. Here, you "check in" outside like a restaurant, then resume the normal check in process. The place is beautifull and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient- something I always need when frequenting a dispensary. All AGA locations share information i.e. rewards points. This location has at ATM but also accepts cash, CanPay, and debit. Again, like other locations, there is a small fee to use a debitCan Pay, Due to restrictions, no one is able to take photos inside the establishment which is understandable. Keep in mind that not all 3 locations have the same products in stock. Be sure to check the website or call ahead to check their inventory - you can even place an order online and pick up same day. So far, I think now of the 6 dispensaries I have been to on island, I believe this is my new favorite! read more

I usually visit the Waikiki location since I live in work in Waikiki. But I received an email that a new location was opening up on Nimitz near the airport! Great news for people living on the West side and don't have to drive all the way into town to hit up the dispensary! Aloha Green Herb House opened this location on Monday 3/22/21 in the Airport Commercial Center. I remembered it being Chan Gourmet Buffet back in the day. Before you head in, you take your temperature at the door and they check your 329 card and identification. Once I got in, I felt like a kid in a candy store! The place was huge and spacious compared to the Waikiki location. Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and tremendously helpful. They have pretty much the same menu as the King St. and Waikiki locations. Their hours are 10:30 AM to 7 PM everyday. I will definitely be hitting up this spot more whenever I'm on the West side! First, great job today. Way to go over and above. I'm sure it's a hassle to have to pick-up the slack created by another Hawaii.gov provider due to a clunky system. Which leads me to the next point, Aloha Green has come a long way in its understanding of the local market. The Herb House may not look like much from the outside but, the inside is beautiful, hard wood floors, sleek decor is modern classy, the merch is really cool and fun, and the flower and cannabis products are displayed very, very nicely. The customer service is top notch and everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I am impressed with the extremely high quality goods and the variety of ways to use cannabis. They have buds, gummy edibles, mints, tinctures, drinks, and more! The hoodies, beanies, and other merch were very stylish too...all cannabis luvahz would appreciate! I love how the merch looks classy without being so in your face Pakalolo head...haha! Every time I come to this dispensary, I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how incredible my experience is! I am someone who usually has a ton of anxiety about everything, knows next to nothing about cannabis, and used to dread having to go to the dispensary.This place totally changed all of that for me! Everyone on staff I've met there has literally been some of the most incredible employees I've met at any store before and make me feel so welcome. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and really care about helping you with whatever you need. They are very knowledgeable about all of the products and are so patient with all of the questions I ask during my visits. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the right products for your needs, without just trying to sell you the most expensive stuff. I didn't catch the names of everyone that helped me today, but whoever all was working at 1:30 today honestly made my entire day! Customer service aside, this place is BEAUTIFUL. It is so clean, set up in a way that isn't intimidating or overwhelming, and is just very aesthetically pleasing in general. It also has ample free parking and is easy to find. Like I said, I know very little about cannabis, so I'm not the person to ask about details about the products, but they have a large selection available, their pricing is great, and I've definitely enjoyed everything I've purchased there so far! They have their full menu and pricing available on their website and also offer pre-ordering/pick-up if that's something you prefer (but honestly the experience of actually going into the store is worth it in my opinion). Purchased Sky walker kush , they put moisture packets to keep flowers fresh .... They alter the taste of the flower ! Kush is supposed to he super sweet !
