My store of choice is in Aiea. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome. It's an easy couple steps you take. If you are visiting for the first time, the intake procedure is fast. Your greeted with a smile. The selection of product is amazing. I have been to both Aloha Green and Noa. the store is it light and airy and the employees are most helpful. They are very careful about explaining their product and what does. They also include specific instructions for any information you might need about the product. What I liked about Noah, is that their product is sealed. I know I'm getting something that no one has gotten into for any other reason then to sell. I like NOA, but they messed up yesterday. I bought a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff, a five cartridge vape flight and an 1/8 of flower at the Young Street location. I noticed when I looked at the receipt that they didn't give me my kupuna discount and called back and asked about that. They said there was no discount on the cartridges. Fair enough. But...they told me that the discount (on the flower) and in general at the store has to be manually entered by the budtender. Seriously? As Obama might say, come on, maaaaan. It's 2023. Alexis, who greeted me went out of her way to help me resolve the issue. She went above and beyond any duty to help me. She finally figured out the kink in the system and was able to get my renewed card uploaded. Without her help I would have been helpless. I really appreciate all that she did for me. I prefer NOA's products a little better. Not always cheaper especially edibles but consistent. Never had dry flower like some reviews say. I Like there crackseed series gummies. Delicious! I've been a loyal customer, got dry flower several times prior to my first complaint, my full priced flower ( i remind you i have close to 4,000 points) it was so dry it crumbled, they made in right by adding funds to my account i was able to use. I have now been to all 3 dispensaries on Oahu and feel adequately experienced to write reviews for them! Out of the 3, Noa is probably my 2nd favorite. If you follow your GPS, Noa is fairly easy to find, situated off of Young Street behind the Easy Music Center Building (where Aloha Green Apothocary is located). The reviews are correct, there has always been ample parking. When driving, if you're going off of sight, you may miss the parking lot. My landmark is Island Tours or something like that. There is a smaller sign that says "Dispensary Parking" at the entrance. I come from Piikoi, so it's always on my left. As with all dispensaries, you present the doorman/guard with your ID and MMJ card. They will get you entered into their system and have very comfortable and modern chairs and couches for you to sit and wait. Also available are plenty of "menus" listing off their current products and prices. On the main wall, they have colorful signs with each strain they have. The waiting area is spacious and comforting. The front staff is awesome. Your budtender will call you to the back and take you to his or her station where you will again see the menu. They welcome any and all questions and don't make you feel dumb for being a newbie! They sell a wide variety of things from flower, to tinctures, concentrates, SPAMC, and devices to medicate with. They accept CanPay so you don't have to go to the ATM (which they have). However, unlike the other 2 dispensaries, they do not offer the 5% discount if you use CanPay. BUT, like the other dispensaries, they do have a rewards program where you can keep racking up points to earn $$$ off your next purchase, points never expire. I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. These guys are awesome! Great customer service and great product. Just be sure to check the expiration dates on your product - I have found that the product I buy from Noa tends to expire before any of the other dispensaries. Their prices are compatible with the others, which is great because no 2 dispensaries carry the same product :-) Smart on their part!
