He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %). The Watkins Group in an independent agency which means that they work for you rather than any insurance company. If you ever have a loss, this is when the value shows up. They handle the claim and you get the money back that you should get. My policy also includes mechanical breakdown coverage so I don't need a separate home warranty from another company. A few year's back, I had to have my HVAC system replaced. My out of pocket cost was $500. I highly recommend this agency.
