So I called the number on his insurance card and to this day I'm still waiting for the adjuster to call me back. I got frustrated and mad called the 800 number again tell him I wanted someone to call me back before I contact a lawyer. That seem to do the trick. Someone did call me back. She stated that she was the adjusters boss. I was upset I need my car fixed. I'm 67 years old with rheumatoid arthritis and I injured my hand I need physical therapy I can't pay for either one and I was definitely upset. The young lady told me that she does not have to deal with rude people and Farmers was done. Here I said, I can't get my car fixed. I can't get physical therapy because some girl in some office somewhere thinks I wasn't sweet enough to her, I think it's just a ploy that farmers insurance uses to get out of paying people. It looks like my only option is I might have is to sue this young man. And that's not fair because he has insurance so if I were you, I wouldn't use farmers insurance.

He…read moreasked specific questions about our current policy and took the time to explain the calculations. He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %).
