I contacted this business from Maui was able to coordinate everything from there. They were very friendly, professional snd the price was very reasonable. From beginning to end, they notified me upon arrival and completion with after photos too! They did an awesome job and would highly recommend them without hesitation! My mom needed some things taken out of her yard, and I saw these guys on IG, so I told her to try them out. So glad she went with them! They are so nice and they get the job done well. Old swing set, shed, whatever you need taken away, you don't need to break it down, they'll do it for you. They clean up afterward. What I like most is that they try to salvage as much as they can so other people can use it. "One man's trash is another man's treasure." We also found out that they also try to take time out of their busy schedule to clean up Kapa'a Quarry Road. Thankful for Aloha Junk Man for using their own time and resources to do what they can. We had a ton of broken items and just general trash after our recent move plus decluttering. I scheduled a junk removal pickup with Aloha Junk Man online, received a call within a hour to confirm my 8-10am window for pickup, received another call the morning of the pickup (a little after 8am) to notify me that there was a truck issue so the guys were running a little behind, and a final call from the guys when they were on their way with a 20 min heads up. They arrived and were all friendly and professional with my kids and myself, they quickly loaded the truck and were gone by 9:30am, well within the window I'd originally been given. Great experience! Showed up as scheduled and made light work of my junk pile (which consisted of a 4' x10' pile of rock and construction debris that had to be carried down about 20 stairs in buckets). Aloha Junk Man is a locally owned business rooted in stewardship and purpose. I have been an instagram follower for a few months. I enjoy seeing their projects, especially the before and after photos. My dad passed away years ago and Aloha Junk Man would have been amazing to help me handle my dad's home before it was sold. I love how they are cleaning up Hawaii, one project at a time. I met Luke (co-owner) today to pick up some items from a property that they cleaned up. I am thrilled to be able to bring home a silverware and bronze set as well as local art to decorate my walls! The new dehydrator will be fantastic for fruit since I'm always on the go. From the time I communicated with Matt up to the day he and Luke came to our home, he was very professional! We need help to take out a California King size bed. They let us know approximately the time frame of their arrival. The bed frame needed to be taken apart and they brought the tools to do the job. I believe the job took less than an hour. He arrived on time and removed a full truck load of construction debris from the demolition of an 8th floor condo in two hours. Addition $125 fee to take the material out of the unit and down the elevator to the truck was well worth it. They charge only for how much space your junk takes up in the truck and they pack it in tightly to make sure they use up the least space possible (which saves you money!) They care about the environment! Our father past away in December 2019. It has been a challenge going through his items. Factoring if we should hold it or donate it?
