I met Jon in 1998/99 When I opened the yellow pages, and like his smile. He was personable and reasonable in price. But He made a great impression. In 2008 I purchased a home and I was thrilled to see him still in business. He remembered the first job and things spoken in passing from 98/99, and again in 2008 fabulous service fair prices super enjoyed " the visit". So I did a remodel in in late 2019 ( yea,the "time the "vid" changed the ) Again, super thrilled he rekeyed two door, and returned three time to fiqure out the old slider lock, busted, but the thickness of the glass he persisted until he fixed it. . I was so happy I left a tip. He then touched me with his kindness, he Refused the tip and he earned every penny. I used Aloha Lockmith a little over three years ago and had a great experience. I recently scheduled an appointment to re-key the locks in my home and Jon never showed up for our appointment.
