My car's exterior was filthy from sitting in the Matson parking lot over a week after being shipped from the Mainland. Since I was new to the islands, I needed to find a dependable business to wash and detail my car, so I turned to Yelp. Aloha Mobile had only a few reviews, but all 5 stars so I decided to give them a try. I figured they were fairly new and I like supporting businesses just starting out. I'm so glad I contacted Reece at Aloha Mobile. Reece was already fully booked for the weekend but he was able to squeeze me in when I explained that I just needed an exterior cleaning. You can't beat the convenience of a mobile service! I had a long list of things to take care of, so it was a huge timesaver to have Reece come to my home and clean my car while I got things done. Reece and his assistant showed up right on time and were professional and courteous. I liked Reece's attention to detail: at the end of the job he wiped clean the edges of my frameless windows. He said they tend to collect dirt and grime there and he was right! Lastly, I liked that he used a "no rinse" car wash cleaning solution that used just a few gallons of water (the same stuff I use to wash my car when I have time). I was sitting in my car in our parking garage and I heard this whoosh! The roofing company replacing our condo's roof dumped a bunch of white sludge from the 25th floor onto my poor car. It was thick and sticky. My insurance company would charge $1000/my deductible and it would go on my record and probably raise my rates. So what to do? I called the roofing company and asked for the manager, instead I got the owner and he said he'd take care of it. What a blessing! He did what he said he'd do. He sent Aloha Mobile Car Wash to my address and Reece who is the owner and a local showed up on time and got the gunk off my car, miraculously. He waxed it as well. Reece was really awesome to work with - very communicative, prompt and personable. When I reached out for a quote he provided me with their three price tiers of service for full interior/exterior detailing. I let him know that I just wanted the interior detailed and asked if he would be willing to accommodate just cleaning interior and not exterior. He gave me a price for that with no problems. Showed up to my home on the scheduled appointment day and made sure he knew if there were any special needs on the vehicle or extra love needed in certain places. After he was finished he allowed me to inspect the vehicle and was open to addressing anything outstanding I saw. Everything looked good to me and was happy with the work. Reece is incredible. This day he had an extra pair of hands with him, and he too was awesome. They both paid attention to detail, and made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Before I even booked my time slot, I was told what my options were for pricing and about how long it might take to complete. Reece is very adamant about transparency and is very good at keeping his time and making sure our schedules align. I got a text about two to three days before to make sure we were good on the date we scheduled. I then got another text to remind me day of what time he'd be coming. To me, that's super awesome and helpful. I have a bunch of kids, so my car was disgusting. They finished in about 3 hours inside and out. When they were done, we did a walk through and asked me to check and make sure I was satisfied with their work. I'm can get knit picky and pointed out little details that mattered to me. They didn't question, but went right to it and corrected wherever I said I needed a little more corrected. I truly appreciate that. Sure you can go to a fast in and out car wash, but to me it's still money leaving my bank account and they don't really care what your car looks like coming out. I'd rather give my money to someone who cares and pays attention to what you're wanting and what you need. I'll probably need to become a member as I think I've found my spot, finally. Aloha Mobile Car Wash was convenient, professional, quality, and quick. They did a full exterior/interior/engine bay detail w/ a ceramic finish on a Large Ford raptor. The black paint was glass after they were done. The black rims were perfect. Reece went over the services clearly, no hidden costs. After completion, did a through walk through. Wonderful service to have my vehicle washed and clean right in my driveway. The attention to detail is remarkable. I have two tiny pups and one sheds constantly but after the vehicle is vacuumed there isn't a hair in sight - okay one or two hairs but far better than I can do. The very best part tho is the cleaning of the inside window...wonderful especially for night time driving.
