One day he was gone and the place looked like a disaster. I reluctantly left my suit and asked to have it that Thursday. I drove there, it wasn't ready. Drove back Friday. No suit. I called Saturday morning and the lady on the phone sounded confused and embarrassed. She thought it might be ready by 11am. I called several more times. Not back yet. (She admitted they had sent it somewhere else.) finally she called at 4pm Saturday. It was back. When I got the suit home it seemed like it was cleaned, but it was terribly pressed. Clearly whoever handled it was rushed, at best. I'll have to drive further, but I will never use this cleaners again.

The owner was called at 1pm regarding the issue, when we were there to get the suit the last time and still waited for her to finish it up she informed us the owner was going to be there in 5 min but of course he never showed!! What makes this worse is when I dropped off the suit it was prepay so I had already paid for the suit to be cleaned!!! No offer of any refund as we went to purchase another suit as no y knew where ours was!!
