My wife sent the first two packing because they said they needed to replace the whole mechanism for 650$ and 1100$, respectively. These came after those two, looked at it and did the job. Disassembled the rod, pulleys, cables, cleaned it, reassembled and lubricated the whole system. It was a small fraction of the other two, and was pretty much in line with what I was expecting the job to be. Hard to find good techs who know what they're doing and are honest about the business.
