There were a few annoying things that I could do without and they could improve on (they dumped the buckets of foot bath water into the toilet, which is very close by. The sound of a gulping, slurping toilet doesn't really match the environment you want to create for a place like this. Then there was the pause in the middle of the massage to answer the ringing phone. But I understand in a place like this it is maybe too expensive for them to hire a receptionist). Sophia didn't really analyze my skin like aestheticians often do when it's your first time seeing them. She told me the neck and chest are not included with my ($230) facial so I agreed to pay more money to extend to those areas. She then rushed through the entire facial as she had another client waiting at 11:45 promptly. Why offer me more services for an additional $95 if you're not going to execute the full facial to optimize my results?! Very confusing. I left her a $40 tip because I'm not an a$$hole but I would not go back to this person for this service. After I put my contacts back in I was very unimpressed with my results. She hardly even did extractions. Perhaps they should not book clients back to back and make their clients feel rushed. Another side note is that they offered me a glass of Prosecco and then charged me for it lol paying over $450 for services and not even receiving a complimentary glass of champs is wild to me. I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job.
