this has got to be the worst laundromat in all of the eastern sierra. half of the machines dont…read morework and arent labeled as such, the ones that they claim do work, most of the time, actually dont at all. you'll usually spend a good 10 mins moving your unwashed/wet clothes between machines hoping that one actually works. most of the time i come here, the entire establishment is full of local hotel workers who take up every single machine in this public space and will actually block you from using the machines for your own personal use. i would sooner wash my clothes in lake mary and blow them dry myself than ever have to suffer doing laundry here again. GO ANYWHERE ELSE WITHIN 100 MILES AND YOU WILL HAVE AN EASIER EXPERIENCE!

Walking in, it was pretty run down with pieces of the wall missing and water ALL over the floor. The soap dispenser was empty and the change machine wouldn't take our paper bills, which was pretty frustrating. There is an option for you to pay with an app, but with the spotty cell service we get in Mammoth, it was a lot quicker for my husband to head next door to Vons to pick up some tide pods and coins rather than to wait for the app to download. Nobody seems to work there to help troubleshoot. FINALLY after having everything we needed to do our laundry (change, detergent), we placed our items in the first open machine we saw..... and it wouldn't start or take our money. This happened with the next couple of machines we tried after that until we finally found one that worked. We went out to breakfast and came back to find the machine unplugged and pulled away from the wall. Uhh what? I didn't have the patience to run it again because it wasn't clear If the cycle had completed or not. I just decided to throw it in the dryer so we could be DONE with this place. Also, the dryer ate about a dollar's worth of coins before it decided to want to work. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 more minutes to the next laundromat. This place will waste SO SO much of your time.

Just fyi...you don't have to take quarters. They have an app to upload so u can pay with a card. I'm glad the negative reviews didn't scare me off! $2.75 for regular washers and $2.50 for dryers.

Minimal folding counters. Was pretty crowded when we came in. No place for people to get out of the way of each other or fold their clothes. Soap trays have mold in them. Overall very dirty. Cost is expensive: $7 to do wash and dry. $4.50 wash and $2.50 dry was my cost for a half-full laundry bag. The bathroom door was locked and no WiFi despite being in an area with shoddy cell reception. This laundromat is unattended it seems as I saw no employee working. Inside is very dirty from the machines to the general area IMHO. The edges of the washer door had caked on detergent and old lint.
