I hate when places like this are soooo defensive when something is done wrong. I am willing to pay and give you my clothes for dry cleaning but like own up to a mistake instead of blaming me. I brought in $400 worth of dress shirts for my husband over the past 3 months and he consistently complained about the buttons getting messed up. He never complained about this with our prior dry cleaning place. I finally brought it to the cleaner's attention because I let it go for a little while and they were literally like this wasn't me. I brought it up and they had the nerve to say it was my prior place even though I hadn't gone to them in 5 months. Since they were super defensive and so unhelpful I will not be going back. There's so many other options out there. read more

The lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I stopped at the door and asked where is your mask? She replied I do not wear one. So, what about your employees-They do not wear them (mask) either, she once again replied. My point is if you do not want to protect yourself-PROTECT your customers. (She could be asymptomatic-who knows) This is a business in Los Angeles County, not following safety protocol!!!!! read more

Alondra Cleaners really saved me a lot of time and trouble. I had a wedding coming up and realized my dress pants were dirty. Since I was short on time, I called around to see who could provide me a quick response time. There weren't many places that could clean on Friday afternoon and have it done by Saturday morning, but Alondra Cleaners told me they could turn it around and have it ready for me by Saturday morning. The alterations here are AMAZING!!!!!! Lany does the best job doing alterations of any place I've ever been. I have weird requests, too--not just hemming. I want strange darts put in, lace added, all kinds of things. She gets very impatient listening to what I want done and interrupts me, but so far she has always done exactly what I want done, so it hasn't mattered. I will never go anywhere else. Just make sure you explain your alterations directly to her and not another clerk if she's on lunch or something. I'm only not giving Alondra 5 stars because the dry cleaning doesn't come back smelling clean. But I think that's pretty much a problem everywhere--dry cleaning isn't really cleaning. read more

I'm uncertain on the quality of cleaning services offered here. I've taken all my baseball jersey's here and one of them they were unable to remove the stain and I'm unsure if that's due to how long between the stain and taking it in. Recently, I had a mixture of dawn soap and laundry detergent stain on one of my uniforms and they were unsure if they could remove it. Which seemed a little odd given the stain in question was the oils from the soap & detergent which should be able to be scratched out. read more

This is the worst dry cleaners experience I have ever had. They ruined my jacket that I had dropped off to get dry cleaned. When the female owner showed me how the colors bled onto the lighter colors of the jacket she said you need to call the company where you got the jacket to get a refund. I let her know this has been dry cleaned before and it's never been an issue. She simply said not my fault as she handed me the jacket. I said I am not paying for the cost to dry clean this jacket ( which was 4.50) this jacket cost almost 200.00 and has been take care of up until this point. The fact that she wouldn't honor a 4.50 credit or refund is absolutely ridiculous. She then threatened to call the cops on me because I was not going to pay for this service. I could go on and on about this experience here. I am informing all my friends who go here to not give them their business anymore. If they ruin your clothes they are just going to tell you to call the company/ manufacturer to get a refund because it is not their fault. It's not the 4.50 that bothered me so much, it's the lack of costumer service that was given. Please support other mom and pop dry cleaners who will give great customer service, not ruin your clothes, and value your business. read more

The person in charge seemed like she was having a bad day. When I asked her about the alteration options for my pants, this lady got really upset and told me that I do not have to tell her what she needs to do. Besides talking defensively and very loud, she was shutting me down and just slamming my pants on the counter. First and foremost, customer service is the key to keep a business running. Underestimating a customer is something you have to think twice. And of course, professional behavior matters! So, NAY to this place, no one should ever treat a customer like that!!! read more

I've been coming here since '85. Although its different owners now, the quality of the work is of the highest level. All my Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren and Facconable suits are handled with extreme care.
