WE ARE BEGGING YOU!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT COME HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND THE OWNER AND LADY IS AWFUL! This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. They completely ruined not one, but TWO dresses for my future mother-in-law right before my wedding. One dress was literally cut open with scissors from the front where the mesh is, leaving a huge hole in the fabric because of their carelessness. Instead of properly fixing their mistake, they covered it with beads that look absolutely ridiculous. The dress is ruined. The beads don't go there and ruined the effect of my mother in law's dress. The second disaster? Both dresses were hemmed way too short. We specifically explained that these were gowns for a BLACK-TIE wedding and needed to touch the floor. Somehow they still managed to cut them so short that the shoes show. How do you ruin the most basic alteration request? A hem? We're talking about dresses worth hundreds of dollars that can never be restored to their original condition. One was $800 and the other was around $550. We trusted them with important dresses for a once-in-a-lifetime event, and they destroyed them. What makes it even worse is the attitude. No accountability. No professionalism. No concern whatsoever for the damage they caused. So many excuses and pulling down the dress when clearly that's doing NOTHING. Just rude, dismissive behavior while we stood there looking at dresses they ruined and trying to fix it in a cheap and unprofessional way. Now we're one week away from my wedding, scrambling to figure out what to do because of their incompetence. The stress, frustration, and money they've cost us is unbelievable. If you value your clothing, your money, or your sanity, go somewhere else. There are plenty of alteration shops out there. This is NOT A PROFESSIONAL OR A GOOD ONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY. We want our money back, we paid for professional alterations and instead received damaged, poorly altered dresses that can never be returned to their original condition. You had one job: alter the dresses correctly. Instead, you cut a hole into one gown, covered your mistake with mismatched beading, and hemmed both dresses far too short despite being told they were for a black-tie wedding. The result is hundreds of dollars in damage, unnecessary stress, and a ruined experience for our family right before one of the most important days of our lives. I genuinely wish we had read a review like this before trusting them. We trusted them with dresses worth over $1,000 combined, and you ruined both of them. No customer should have to pay for that. We expect a full refund and would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to take their clothing elsewhere before they end up in the same situation. read more

Opening hours can be finicky right now. I'd suggest calling in, but not sure if they pick up either. Seems like a family owned shop. I was interested in getting service here. I spoke to the older lady owning the shop once and she seemed busy so there was no small talk just a brief answer and ran back to the shop, which is fine. I came back the week after to drop off something to get tailored and there was a notice on the door of a family emergency and they were closed for the week. I came back two weeks after at 3pm, and they are closed, but no notice this time. Hours posted are until 6pm. It's probably a bad time for them. I needed to get some pants hemmed. I had two pairs of pants and for some reason the seams got undone for one of the legs. And for some reason it was the left leg for both pairs of pants. I came in and asked them to hem. It cost $12 for both pairs. Maybe because it was only one leg on each pair of pants. They were pretty fast. It got done in two days. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't find the slip. They still let me pick up but asked that I have the slip next time. read more

Do NOT come here for dry clean or any other service. I took my new custom fitted suits for dry clean and there is white spot all over, and when I asked them to remove or redo the dry clean the lady said she can't guarantee and keeps saying it can't be from her. It was literally brand new so I don't know how it's not from this dry clean place. Should've known when I saw another comment saying they are liars... very unfortunate and very disappointed. read more

I needed to get a suit pants hemmed and wanted to support a local business. The dry cleaners I originally used to go to within the City for 20+ years just recently got a new owner & the price increased. It was time to start exploring other options. The service here at NS is friendly. A little different prepaying for a service that isn't done yet but it's fine. The price is actually comparable to the previous Dry Cleaners new prices so I'm not actually saving any money by coming here but... And this is huge for me. They don't put staples in your clothes! The other cleaners even tho there was a note on my account for NO STAPLES the new owner def stapled tags to all my clothes. It ruins the fabric trying to get them out. Plus it's just a hassle. If you want a cleaners that isn't going to puncture holes in your clothes with a stapler, come here! Lol. read more

Do not go here! Especially with nice clothes. So far they lost one dress, luckily I realized and when back when I noticed and they told me to look in a pile on a chair of clothes they don't know who they belong to, as well as ruined my graduation dress and just now my engagement dress. These people are LIARS. LIARS! They damaged my 3 shirts and they deny everything when I went back! Lousy business. DO NOT support them!!!!!!! I brought in three RL Polo shirts for alteration due to a tear in the seams. They fixed them correctly, but when I picked these up and closely examined them, they made more damages to the shirts' collars, hole in sleeves, etc. I came here only for alteration, but they somehow hot ironed these shirts. The heat made these damages to other areas. Also, they lied about ironing them as I found my other two shirts previously altered them, found to be very wet when I picked them up. I only needed alterations. They claim that I brought them as wet last time. Total lies and lies again. Looks like I have to find another reputable cleaner to correct these mistakes on my expenses as they are not willing to be responsible for fixing this holes in my shirt. I have experiences many times where the proprietors went above and beyond to provide service, such as last minute requests for alterations and taking my dry cleaning to another business, in order for me to get it back in time! Why, it's a great joint to get your outfits cleaned! They can get some of your furnitures upholstered, too! I heard that the Korean owner did clothing design and manufacturing before, and that's probably why they can do such an excellent job in alteration. They get all five stars from me! read more
