This laundry mat opened not too long ago, we came today, at 8am, for the first time to wash our big comforters. Very very clean, the parking lot is not big at all, filled up really fast. The business is huge. There is an attendant on duty, they sell all the things you need to do laundry. A few game machines like the claw, change machines, over priced snack machines, public restroom. There's a sneaker washer and dryer also. Prices for washing are excellent and dryers are free.

Thank you Jennifer for a very nice facility. I like how this facility was converted from a shoe store to a Coin op laundry mat. For just opening you have made a difference in this community. 4 different style side loading units 20 lb, 30 lb, 40 lb 60 lb and 80 lb loaders. brand new with all the updated settings. and still coin op style. 2 change machines and a special machine that will break down 20 dollar bills to 5 dollar bills this is so cool. a small continence store with laundry soap, fabric softeners and laundry bags even hangers... nice. and also a vending machine with small bottles of the same. vending machines for sodas, Ice cream and chips and other condiments. 3 coin op massage chairs and little rides for children. They even have a sneaker/shoe washer and dryer this is unique... Customer service is the priority they have attendants giving laundry carts at the parking lot they even help bring in your laundry. A friend from the former 24 hour laundrymat 2 block down that burned down. I don't want to say her name out of respect so I will call her miss J. She attends to this faciity as she did at her former job. Sweeping, moping, answering questions, and always on the go. I feel she is a asset to this new establishment, This is my second time here. 6 picnic benches for you to relax and with for washing or drying, 3 marble folding tables. oh and a coffee machine. 150 per cup. I like it that is is not too modernized no USB ports and no card readers on the machines, oh and 3 TVs with different channels going. So what makes this so unique is that its free drying just read the signs and follow instructions. drying time varies. ask attendant for more info. So I may make this my laundromat for now.

Very rude disrespectful Hispanic man wearing a hat working today May 30th @ 1:00am. I was attempting to load the washers and the man working here thinks it's acceptable to use a leaf blower inside the facility to blow dust and debris all over the place! Zero respect for everyone and myself! When I went to confront the man and ask him to stop. No respect for fellow patrons, I got real furious with him! He yelled back at me rudely saying "this is my job" ! I started coughing and I have a bad case of asthma! He should be using a broom and a dustpan to clean up! I've been coming here since the day this location first opened! The reason I keep coming back was friendly service from the other workers, but this Hispanic man I encountered was just plain rude!!

Thanks to a slab leak that affects almost four rooms in my house and a complete water shut off, I get to experience laundromat washing once again in almost 16 years. This place used to be a shoe warehouse, and is located on the corner of Rosecrans and Pioneer in Norwalk. This place is huge. It has five rows of washing machines, all ranging in different prices and weight limits, and the whole back wall is where the dryers are at. Prices range from $5.50 to $11.00. Dryers are free, and only if you washed your clothes in this facility. There are two sneaker washers and dryers, as well. There's three different change machines: two to change into quarters and one to make your bills in smaller denominations. An ATM machine is on-site, as well. Aside from spending your money on washing your clothes, you have the opportunity to spend money on snacks, drinks, laundry detergents, massage chairs (there's four of them), toy and candy vending machines, claw machines, and kiddie rides. The attendants wear orange shirts, and the one that was on-site today was nice, helpful, and was always cleaning up after everyone. A local radio station is playing right now, and there's four different flat screen TV's with news and sports on. I can't really speak on the price of the washers, as it's been ages since I last had to use one. If anything, I'm sure the price of the washers also go towards the attendants, the security cameras, and all the extra extras in this laundromat. For the most part, this place is clean, well-looked after, well-ventilated, and there's plenty of space for sitting and waiting for your laundry to clean. There are plenty of laundry carts, there's four rows of folding tables, and there's a coffee machine, as well. It says there's free wi-fi, but I nor my older two can't find any postings for the password. I'm sure we'd have to ask the attendant for it. Washers run for 30 minutes, and dryers run for 40 minutes, regardless the size of the washers and dryers. We went here on a Monday evening, at about 4:00pm. It wasn't very busy when we got here, but it's starting to pick up now.

Went here for the first time around 5pm because my machine broke. It was not overcrowded like I assumed it would be. I had a $20 bill but was able to break it into 5's with their bill breaker. I used the 4 loader and paid $7. I got it all done in an hour and a half! My daughter had fun with the claw machine and the other kid machines. They have a coffee machine that dispenses freshly ground coffee, I just wish they had stirrers for the coffee and some pastries in the vending machine. The prices for everything in the machines were a good deal. I did get some cookies and they were delicious. Drying was free and quick.there was enough seating for me to enjoy my coffee and a ton of space for me to fold all my laundry. My machine isn't broken anymore but I lay stop by again next time I had a ton of laundry to do. Oh and they have a machine to wash and dry your shoes, how cool is that!?

By far the best place for a late night wash. Super clean and calm inside. Looks like machines are well taken cared of.

I'm back to the good ol' laundromats because my washer door doesn't want to lock. I tried going to…read morethe laundromat that I've went to in the past, but there was no parking at all. So I'm here, at Lavenderia. And I wish I was at the other place. Half of the machines don't work. There's labels on them saying they don't. And then the best part??? There's machines that don't work AFTER you've put in your money. I've put money into 2 dryers, had them run their full cycles (on high temperature), only to feel cold damp clothes when I opened the door. So yah. This place sucks just a little bit. I mean... there's people here that seem to like this place. I don't, that's for sure. If anything, the dryers that do work go for $0.25 for 9-10 minutes. Washers range from $2.75, $4.50, and up. I don't remember how long they run for. Try it at your own risk. Avoid it if you can. That's my best Yelp* advice.

It's a Lavanderia... Nothing special, nothing really THAT bad. I've been to better laundromats,…read morebut the price was right, and it was nearly empty. I'm a fan of empty and quiet laundromats. This place wasn't on Yelp or Google when I was searching for a laundromat near our new house in Norwalk. The others I found and went into were packed and overpriced. They wanted $3.50 for a triple load washer and 25 cents for 10 minutes in the stacked dryers. Nearly all the dryers were full, so I left them. I was driving down Pioneer Blvd when I saw this Lavanderia in a small plaza. There's a mariscos restaurant, tropical fish store, cleaners, threading shop, pizza and water place, and dentist in this Plaza. Parking was great, many open spots right in front of the laundromat. Signs on the windows indicate it opens at 4am! It remains open until 9pm. There was one man inside when I got here, but another couple appeared to take their clothes out of the dryers shortly after I got started. Only one other woman came in for one load the entire two hours I was there. There aren't a lot of machines compared to other coin laundry places I've been to, but that's understandable since it wasn't busy. Check my photos for the number of each machine and prices. It was a little unkept, but no bugs or trash anywhere... Other than in trashcans. :) I did the equivalent of 6 loads for $10.25! Very happy! The dryers were hot and perfect. Only 50 cents to DRY two weeks of my husband's shirts... That's impressive.

Called…read morethis place up and the gentleman over the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. Since I had other errands to run, I opted for the wash and fold service. Price seemed reasonable at $2 a pound. They let you bring your own detergent, which is great as I have many allergies to scents in detergents (they do offer detergent as well for various prices at different amounts and offer a scentless option as well, I just felt better bringing my own detergent). They also offer hypoallergenic dryer sheets options. So I decided to give them a try. When entering, the place is clean. Not just clean, it's spotless. The workers don't sit behind the counter, they are on the floor, sweeping, wiping counters and machines down with disinfectant wipes, etc. And other than soap, there is no odor. They keep it CLEAN. There are some sitting areas, an area where laundry baskets on wheels are kept for use, and a dispenser to buy detergent. Machines all have tap menus to pay--if you have cash, you have to get a tap card at the front. No machines here use coins, everything is modernized. If you need help, staff is there to help you with anything you have questions about. I took my laundry pre-sorted in bags to the counter. The gentleman who answered the phone came over and took my information and then weighed my bags. Just shy of $68 for a little over 33 pounds of laundry. Said they would try to be done by end of day but Sundays are busy, so they give 24 hours (which is stated--laundry done within 24 hours, so if you come late or it's super busy, you may not have your things until next morning). I said it's fine, I can come late, morning, or whatever. They took my clothes and my detergent. I got a text saying I would be notified upon completion. Thanked the guy and left to get everything done I had to rush to do. Got a text message a little over 2 hours later that my clothes were already ready! Drove over to pick them up, was greeted by the same gentleman. Everything was folded very nicely and bagged up. They even saved my bags I used for the clothes and kept them alongside my detergent. Everything was labeled nicely and clearly. All I had to do was come in and pick up my clothes, using a laundry basket to wheel them out to my car. I was so impressed with their work that I returned the next day and had my towels washed because my replacement unit was delayed being delivered. I received the same excellent service. If you have an emergency and need your laundry done, either you have a broken unit or have errands to run but need it all done with no way to wait for it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this place with their wash and fold service. Just note it gets super busy on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The sooner you arrive to drop off, the sooner it can be done. Rates are different for different types of clothes or bedding, so be aware ahead of time checking the signs or calling in advance to ask. I don't know rates if you stay and wash things yourself since I used the wash and fold services.

The whole process was SO incredibly easy. I loved that I could tap to pay, and I received text updates when my order was confirmed and again when it was ready for pickup. Everything felt really efficient and modern. When I picked up my laundry, everything was neatly folded and packed with care, and smelled so fresh. You can really tell they pay attention to the little details. The laundromat itself was also spotless, and the representative who helped me was very kind (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name!) I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area and need laundry done. Highly recommend!!
