I received a $45 parking ticket while doing laundry here! I was parked for about an hour trying to find my debit card. Once I found it, I went inside to use their ATM and then started my laundry. When I returned to my car, I saw the ticket on my windshield. While searching for my ATM card, I saw two suspicious-looking guys pulling clothes from the donation box. They didn't get tickets, but I did! Ridiculous. I plan to request an administrative review. I'm about to ask the business to give me a note confirming I was using the facility legitimately, but since they're the ones who called on me, I doubt I'll succeed. If I do, I'll update my review gladly. read more

It's so convenient to have a space that's open 24 hours they have vending machines with snacks, coffee and food. They also have massage chairs while you wait. Five dollars for 20 minutes. I brought my kids here with me because we needed to do a load at night and all other ones were closed and they ended up spending some time on the merry-go-round and little machines that they have the best part of this place that it is kept clean all the machines look new and the drying is free. I would just stay away from the bathroom, but I can't blame management. I think that's more on behalf of the people that are there. read more

This laundry mat opened not too long ago, we came today, at 8am, for the first time to wash our big comforters. Very very clean, the parking lot is not big at all, filled up really fast. The business is huge. There is an attendant on duty, they sell all the things you need to do laundry. A few game machines like the claw, change machines, over priced snack machines, public restroom. There's a sneaker washer and dryer also. Prices for washing are excellent and dryers are free. read more

I stopped by this laundromat recently and noticed signs everywhere advertising Free Dry. Naturally, I assumed that meant you could use the dryers without charge but once I started drying, the owner Jennifer came over and told me that the "free dry" only applies if you wash your clothes there first. I completely understand if that's the policy, but nowhere on the sign did it say that clearly. Jennifer could have been much more understanding or flexible about the situation. Instead of explaining it politely or letting us pay a small amount to make things right, she was very rigid and made us feel unwelcome. It's frustrating because a simple clarification on the sign or a more customer friendly approach would've prevented the misunderstanding entirely. Businesses should value clear communication and kindness, especially when people make an honest mistake. read more

Thank you Jennifer for a very nice facility. I like how this facility was converted from a shoe store to a Coin op laundry mat. For just opening you have made a difference in this community. 4 different style side loading units 20 lb, 30 lb, 40 lb 60 lb and 80 lb loaders. brand new with all the updated settings. and still coin op style. 2 change machines and a special machine that will break down 20 dollar bills to 5 dollar bills this is so cool. a small continence store with laundry soap, fabric softeners and laundry bags even hangers... nice. and also a vending machine with small bottles of the same. vending machines for sodas, Ice cream and chips and other condiments. 3 coin op massage chairs and little rides for children. They even have a sneaker/shoe washer and dryer this is unique... Customer service is the priority they have attendants giving laundry carts at the parking lot they even help bring in your laundry. A friend from the former 24 hour laundrymat 2 block down that burned down. I don't want to say her name out of respect so I will call her miss J. She attends to this faciity as she did at her former job. Sweeping, moping, answering questions, and always on the go. I feel she is a asset to this new establishment, This is my second time here. 6 picnic benches for you to relax and with for washing or drying, 3 marble folding tables. oh and a coffee machine. 150 per cup. I like it that is is not too modernized no USB ports and no card readers on the machines, oh and 3 TVs with different channels going. Very rude disrespectful Hispanic man wearing a hat working today May 30th @ 1:00am. I was attempting to load the washers and the man working here thinks it's acceptable to use a leaf blower inside the facility to blow dust and debris all over the place! Zero respect for everyone and myself! When I went to confront the man and ask him to stop. No respect for fellow patrons, I got real furious with him! He yelled back at me rudely saying "this is my job" ! I started coughing and I have a bad case of asthma! He should be using a broom and a dustpan to clean up! I've been coming here since the day this location first opened! Owner is so sweet! This place is great. A little on the pricey side for washes, a large wash was $10. But they have every facility you could need, washers are clean, and when you wash your clothes here you dry them for free. There's a dedicated sneaker washer and dryer, which I've never seen before. They have a soap shop, vending machines, both for snacks and toys for bored kids. There's a bill exchanger and coin dispenser as soon as you walk in. Very spacious, lots of tables. Thanks to a slab leak that affects almost four rooms in my house and a complete water shut off, I get to experience laundromat washing once again in almost 16 years. This place used to be a shoe warehouse, and is located on the corner of Rosecrans and Pioneer in Norwalk. This place is huge. It has five rows of washing machines, all ranging in different prices and weight limits, and the whole back wall is where the dryers are at. Prices range from $5.50 to $11.00. Dryers are free, and only if you washed your clothes in this facility. There are two sneaker washers and dryers, as well. There's three different change machines: two to change into quarters and one to make your bills in smaller denominations. An ATM machine is on-site, as well. Aside from spending your money on washing your clothes, you have the opportunity to spend money on snacks, drinks, laundry detergents, massage chairs (there's four of them), toy and candy vending machines, claw machines, and kiddie rides. The attendants wear orange shirts, and the one that was on-site today was nice, helpful, and was always cleaning up after everyone. A local radio station is playing right now, and there's four different flat screen TV's with news and sports on. I can't really speak on the price of the washers, as it's been ages since I last had to use one. If anything, I'm sure the price of the washers also go towards the attendants, the security cameras, and all the extra extras in this laundromat. For the most part, this place is clean, well-looked after, well-ventilated, and there's plenty of space for sitting and waiting for your laundry to clean. There are plenty of laundry carts, there's four rows of folding tables, and there's a coffee machine, as well. It says there's free wi-fi, but I nor my older two can't find any postings for the password. I'm sure we'd have to ask the attendant for it. Washers run for 30 minutes, and dryers run for 40 minutes, regardless the size of the washers and dryers. We went here on a Monday evening, at about 4:00pm. It wasn't very busy when we got here, but it's starting to pick up now. read more

Typical laundromat, but the older short Hispanic lady with a red apron is not a nice person. Legitimately was pushing peoples carts while they were still loading the dryers. There's a better approach to asking people to sightly move to give you space to vacuum the dryers. She was being extremely aggressive the dust she was vacuuming went directly into my eye. When I confronted her she was extremely unapologetic, possibly look into hiring people who are somewhat good at customer service. That lady is rude as hell. read more

Went here for the first time around 5pm because my machine broke. It was not overcrowded like I assumed it would be. I had a $20 bill but was able to break it into 5's with their bill breaker. I used the 4 loader and paid $7. I got it all done in an hour and a half! My daughter had fun with the claw machine and the other kid machines. They have a coffee machine that dispenses freshly ground coffee, I just wish they had stirrers for the coffee and some pastries in the vending machine. The prices for everything in the machines were a good deal. I did get some cookies and they were delicious. Drying was free and quick.there was enough seating for me to enjoy my coffee and a ton of space for me to fold all my laundry. My machine isn't broken anymore but I lay stop by again next time I had a ton of laundry to do. Oh and they have a machine to wash and dry your shoes, how cool is that!? read more

There is plenty of seating, massage chairs (although the last time I tried it the leg portion of the chair didn't work), claw machines, vending machines for drinks, snacks, and laundry supplies, and even kiddie rides near the front for $1. The laundromat has machines set up by weight. For example, the smaller machines (I think starting at 20 lbs) closest to the front of the entrance then signs above for 30, 40, and 50 lb loads. There are two coin exchanges and one bill exchange machine in the back where the store for more laundry supplies can be bought. I like that there is a bathroom that is accessible for customers. There is also plenty of counter space to fold your laundry and rolling laundry baskets near the front. The dryers are free to use; I think the 30 lb machines are $5.50 and 20 lb ones are $4.50. I love this laundromat. Hands down the best one I've ever frequented out of all the places I've lived in. The location is also great with Taco Bell next door, In N Out across the street, and Norwalk Town Square across the street with Grocery Outlet, 99 cent store, a few restaurants, and other businesses. read more

Never in my life have I actually enjoyed a laundromat! 10/10! Not only is this place open 24 hours, which is what I was looking for.. it's clean! The staff are so nice & helpful. Especially Jose!!! He is the sweetest, most helpful person. He's a hard worker. They brought baskets to my car after I parked. I didn't even have to ask or walk in. They have an espresso machine here. That would also be enough for me but then there's also massage chairs! Vending machines! They have play stuff for the kids. There is change machines of course & and ATM. Dryers are free. Washers are expensive ish but they have all different sizes from $5-$9. Every single one seemed to work, nothing was out of order that I saw. They even have a sneaker washer/dryer. Never seen one before. They have a place where you can buy detergent & other things which is cash only. It was closed because I got here at almost 1 am but I brought my own stuff & always will. I literally put a timer on myself to monitor my clothes and in between the shift change the Lady who works in the morning decided to take my clothes out and bag them because the dryer stopped.. while my clothes were still damp!!! She bagged them and I thought someone stole them and Im frantically looking at all the driers for my clothes and looking at people to see if anyone maybe stole them. I have no idea why after 40 min of drying an employee would take it upon themselves to grab people's clothes out!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Clean, has tons of machines, even a sneaker designated washing and drying! Soap Convince Shop is not 24 hours but they have vending machines with soap in them as a courtesy. This is my first time here and OMG! I'm honestly speechless. Coming from a 23 year old women I have had really bad experiences with past laundromats being ghetto and just dealing with terrible men and terrible services and when I tell you guys I feel COMPLETELY safe here!! You pull in and there's a lot of cars and at first I was worried it was going to be crowded and no machines available BUT I WAS WRONG! this place is so big! And so many machines ! You'll be able to definitely find yourself machines to finish your loads! Now the washing machines do COST $11 but THEY ARE HUGE! And definitely fit two full loads! Plus it's FREE DRYING!! This place has good music! Incase you forget your headphones lol. And they have T.V! And omg the people who work here are so incredibly nice! And the people here just seem so friendly! Maybe it's cause everyone's happy they're having a good experience as well haha but it definitely makes it better! Plus they have a big area to sit! With eating tables! This place is worth the money! If you can't figure out that one washer costs $7.00 (40 lb) and free dry is a good deal, then maybe you need a remedial math class. I usually go down the street but decided to try this place today! Tons of carts, machines, and seating. Dryers detect moisture in your clothes and turn off when they're finished (time saver). I did three loads, and I was out in 45 minutes!! Can't beat it!! read more

Me and my mother seen this location driving down the street grabbing coffee, and decided to give this place a try. Honestly it might seem like a great deal but overall it's super expensive. We spent over $20 dollars JUST WASHING 3 loads... yes they offer Free Dry Services but it's a complete rip off. Too many rules and regulations. This place is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. It's very clean and has a ton of entertainment that makes the time go by so fast. There's vending machines, toy machines, little kid rides, a store with all the detergent and extra stuff you may need, TV's, and even a machine for change.
