Tracie went above and beyond to ask me questions and direct me in pre-op, post op and even opening up her shop on a Sunday to ensure that I looked my best for my destination wedding, which was 6 days away. She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. You can really tell she's passionate about her services and truly cares for the person. I was in awe of her follow up as well. She texted me to make sure everything was holding up and gave tips and instructions on how to make it last. I bought some foam spray for touch ups and it worked great. I'm truly impressed with Tracie and how much she cares about her business and customers. I will definitely be back! My husband kept telling me how I amazing I looked after the tanning was done. She asked if I wanted highlights and dimensions I said yes. Most of the references have highlights. What she gave me was the opposite of what I asked for. 12 hours before my vacation I ended up with bright blonde highlights on a dark brown base. I had darker hair then what I came in with somehow. I asked her why the color was dark she said it oxidized dark. I didn't question her. She told me she has done hair for 25 years. I don't believe that based on what I received. I explained I wanted the highlights to be copper. Once she started blowing out my hair I was getting incredibly upset. It wasn't even close to what I showed and we discussed. I had not touched my hair in a year to let it grow and get healthy. She botched it. I told her I was extremely upset. She told me she could fix it the next morning early before my flight and that she would text me. Unfortunately I had to leave for another appointment and paid her $400 for my hair. She wasted my time, my hair health, and my money. I shouldn't have paid her at all. After an hour I become really upset after getting a look of my hair in the sun. I called lather salon 12 times. No response. I decided to drive over because Kati had still not texted me to fix it. I showed up and she was gone. The salon owner was still there and tried to call her but nothing. She apologized but offered no real solution. Saying she was done and couldn't help me. She suggested to go down to one of the 7 salons on the street and try to get help. I did and found a gem of a stylist. She told me my hair was so botched she would have to lather my hair in bleach. Further having to destroy my hair health to undo what Kati had done. By the time I have the bleach on my hair I finally get a text from Kati. Offering a 50% refund because she also had give me a dusting. A dusting costs $200 apparently. Instead of going back and forth with a stylist who obviously didn't care about the service she provided just the money. I didn't continue fighting. The entire process I was in the dark about what was going on with my hair. Lies were told saying it's going to be copper. Do not come to this salon. They wrecked my hair and I had to spend more money fixing the damage she caused. But I guess it was worth $200 to her.
