Trish is awesome!!!! I was heading out to California and had planned to get spray tanned a few days prior. I got busy with work, life, etc.. and didn't get around to it. The afternoon before I left, I started looking on yelp, google, etc. I contacted Trish (at 3pm) and she was so gracious to fit me in that evening at 6:30(only 3.5 hrs later!).. I'm Irish, so a 'real life' tan just turns me red and pink. I thought I would try a spray tan but the booths always made me orange. Giving it one last chance to try and get a tan I went to The Tan Can and finally got the perfect glow without turning a different color! This place rocks! I am super white naturally. All other tans have made me orange. I like to get the express tan over the regular tan so that I can shower in a couple hours. I love it! Scheduling is easy. Trish is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and always always always does a great job. The tan looks great. I feel 100% better in every outfit after I get this tan. The best tan I have ever had in my life! Trish really knows what she is doing, and I am convinced she uses the best solution in Austin! The salon where she is located is clean, and nice too. All over, this was a good experience. If you are ghost white, or even olive colored, they can make you look sun kissed. Trish is awesome! I was a spray tan newbie and she made me feel so comfortable. You can wear a suit or go au natural (she even has suits if you forget yours). She reassured me that even though I'd rub off the bronzer and much of it would wash off in the shower, I would be a golden color in the morning. She was totally right! The best, healthiest, most natural looking tan in town! LOVE how customizable their colors are and the attention to detail they give in the session. I've never liked spray tans until I went to The Tan Can. The entire process is like a real, luxurious spa treatment except you walk out tan and feeling great about yourself! ;) Their solution is organic AND they have a clear one that doesn't have bronzers in it that I loooove. The Tan Can is amazing. I would go no where else. Trish makes you feel so comfortable, if your first time, and the results are incredible AND CONSISTENT. No orange, no white knuckles or knees. This could sound cliche, but let me preface this review by saying I hardly ever find a business/service worthy of me spending the time to get online and review... The Tan Can is the reason I have set up a Yelp account and will start to become better about praising people with reviews. I am a recent college graduate and after four years in Austin have just moved to Houston. During my time there I trusted Trish with tans for every occasion, family portraits, springs breaks, and even graduation... and was NEVER disappointed. Not only is Trish extremely sweet and kind, she also genuinely cares about each of her customers and each tan she gives them. For example, one time I personally messed my tan up because I had accidentally spilt water on myself on my way home and she told me to come back the next day and she would "fix me" free of charge. If you have never gotten a "spray tan" you must! Having a tan not only makes you look great and is safe, but it also boosts your confidence like you wouldn't believe! I feel more comfortable standing there "au natural" in front of Trish than I do in front of some people fully clothed. I am sad to say I have not found a place here in Houston that offers as great of a spray tan experience as Trish does, and am highly considering driving to Austin every other week to get my tan on! read more

As a young college student being tan is important, yet expensive and time consuming. The tan can fixes this. The tans only take about 10 minutes and are near perfect every time. And they only cost $25! Thats an insanely great price compared to other tanning salons that charge over $50 for a tan. Trish is so cool and outgoing and makes you feel more than comfortable while getting your tan! I have gotten a tan from the tan can numerous times and have never had an issue, but if you are unhappy with your tan, I know Trish is more than willing to fix it for you at your convenience. The tan can is a great idea for a girls get together or for just getting a quick tan for the weekend. If you want a quick, inexpensive, fun tanning experience, then I would highly recommend the tan can to women of all ages!! read more
