After looking at my A/C he determined my 7 year old unit needed to be replaced, fully. He quoted me 12,000 but then said there was a 2,100 coupon. I was very hesitant so he said there was another coupon for 1,000 off. I said that was still way too much so then he dropped the price to 7,800. Red flags immediately went off when someone tries to sell me something and then just keeps coming down on their original price. Smelt like a scam. His final offer was to just fix the motor which would be 1,800. He explained to me however that fixing just the motor would be a bandaid but I would have AC. I told him I would get back to him. A few hours later I had someone else come check out my A/C. This gentleman saw the fuse was blown, figured out why, replaced the fuse and fixed the problem. AC is running perfectly now. No motor needed. This company will try to scam you do not fall for it.

When they entered my house as other reviews mentioned the one who knew english said he wanted to inspect my air duct which he did with his phone flashlight and said the coupon would be invalid since my ducts were very dirty. He quoted me over $2800.00 to do the cleaning. I told him that I just had a new A/C and Ductwork installed approximately six months earlier and he told me that it had black mold in it and offered a $200 discount if I would let them clean it that day. After explaining our manufacturers warranty, I was told that they could honor it, just as many other companies have over the years. ABC continued to take monthly payments until May of 2025 when we had an issue with the capacitor(which we have had covered under the warranty multiple times). With an 86° house their technician told me they do not honor the warranty and attempted to charge me $800.00 to fix the issue. We refused and spent the night in a hotel. A different company fixed the issue the following morning, honoring the warranty, and charged $80.00 for a service call. The only offer from ABC to rectify this situation was a gift card for ABC services for $100.00. Consider them unethical!
