I really appreciate his work skills and related to the troubleshooting of the root cause of the water flow every few months, we have tried multiple sources and experts, but he gave a clear path to resolve. his work ethic is high , he is honest, straightforward...straight forward. In March of 2024, we had ABC come out and service our unit for it's annual maintenance. The technician offered their membership plan. After explaining our manufacturers warranty, I was told that they could honor it, just as many other companies have over the years. ABC continued to take monthly payments until May of 2025 when we had an issue with the capacitor(which we have had covered under the warranty multiple times). With an 86° house their technician told me they do not honor the warranty and attempted to charge me $800.00 to fix the issue. We refused and spent the night in a hotel. A different company fixed the issue the following morning, honoring the warranty, and charged $80.00 for a service call. The only offer from ABC to rectify this situation was a gift card for ABC services for $100.00. Consider them unethical! read more

I contacted this company to schedule a regular maintenance on my unit. I got the gold package, the first appointment the technician called me because he found the unit frozen. So he said he will come back next day to let if unfrozen. He advise our tenant to move on furniture that was blocking the return. We thought this cause the unit to get frozen. Next day tech came and "did" the maintenance. As you can see it includes: G o l dP a c k a g e $265.00 * 10% Discount on Repairs * $235 Each Additional System * Complementary Service Call * Priority Scheduling * No After Hour Fee (Weekdays &Weekends) &No Holiday Fees * 20 Pts Plus Check They forgot to flush the drains. We don't live in Florida, we have some rental there and we go every 6 months to check on our properties. I needed a company to go and do a maintenance every six months. I even have the filters for them. Monday 10/16 they call me to schedule my second maintenance. I explained to them our tenant works every day between 8am-5pm, they were telling me I couldn't get a later appointment or Saturday, that I will have to pay extra, but it the package clearly said No After Hour Fee (Weekdays & Weekends) & No Holiday fee. So they scheduled it for Saturday morning, I got a message from my tenant at 11:22 am that they haven't contact her, they kindly send a technician and he perform the second maintenance. They call me the Monday to apologize for any inconvenience. read more

I would give this company 5 stars for pricing and initial service for my unit 21 months ago. Fast forward to today and my unit stopped working. After talking to a technician we tested the capacitor and discovered it went bad. Just talked to the office and they won't swap it out for me because they want their $85 service fee and labor for a $30 part. I'll wait the extra day for my capacitor to come in and save myself $100+ dollars and the time it would cost for me to leave work to meet the technician. It's a shame companies don't want to help out their customers on a simple fix. If it was more than just the capacitor I would be willing to pay the money but this is just bad service. read more

I went on their web site and detailed what I wanted when asking for a quote for a 80 gallon hybrid water heating system. The office called and Scott confirmed with me that it was an 80m gallon tank I wanted and that they did not do Solar. He said that someone would call me and set a time to give an estimate. When the sales guy showed up I stated that I would clear the coving above my tank if needed for the new tank 80 gallons. He went out to the truck came back with handwritten notes and all I was concerned about was the price as this was the 4th quote I was getting. Their price was a little higher than the one I was going to use but their time was 6 weeks out. so, I asked him to put it on a contract with the warrantee on it. He came back and had the price and the down payment of 400.00 on it and the warrantee but did not say parts and labor, I asked him to fix it, then he did not have the down payment and new balance due on it, so I asked him to put that on it. I did not notice that it said 50-gallon tank and since the start of dealing with the ABC I Said 80-gallon tank, but I did not catch this. The tech showed up and started the install and I came out a few hours later and noticed it was NOT an 80-gallon tank, after talking to the sales guy and the office, they wanted another 957.00 dollars to change it to 80 gallons. I asked for a discount or something and for them to do the right thing and per the sales guy, he was told by the management to just get his money and get off the property. Now during the install the tech tried to stretch the electrical wires which shorted and blew the breaker. I asked him to put in a disconnect box and wirer the system correctly and I was told they do not do electrical. I had to make two trips to Lowes to buy supplies for him to wirer the system correctly and properly and i still must replace the plate on the heater. How can you install AC systems and water heaters and not do electrical? By the way I am an electrician and the supervisor at the Tampa VA hospital. The service, the communications and the overall take care of the customer is terrible, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I am also filing a complaint with the BBB of Florida. Absolutely recommended for knowledgeable, professional and timely service. ABC (Patrick) came over to fix problems created by another service provider who replaced my old busted unit with a bigger unit, in the process messing up the airflow to the entire house and causing the whole system to function as if it was possessed by the devil or controlled by a prankster. The guys who installed the unit of course were 'too busy' to come solve the problem they created. ABC scheduled and kept to their appointed date and time, Patrick spent a really long time investigating all the issues and even put in place a temporary solution so we could 'test drive' the recommendation before committing to the changes. I came home after vacation and called this company at 10:30 PM the woman on the phone assured me that the technician would be there no later than midnight I told her I had kids and if they could make it earlier that be great. She said she would do her best but it would probably be midnight. Midnight came and went. At 12:15 I called her and asked her what was going on she said to me the technician was in route he would be there soon. 1230 came and went 1245 I call what's going on he's not here she said she's been trying to contact him him and he's not returning her calls. I told her to cancel everything and that I was really upset. She said to me I told you between 12 and one! I said no way I called you at 10:30 and you said to me no later than midnight here we are at 1 AM and still no technician these people are full of it I could've called somebody hours ago now I have to go get a hotel because it's over 90° in that house and I can't have my kids sleep in there read more
