horrible service horrible manager. This business is runned by one person. Bad temper, fastidious if ask questions. ran the check too brash didn't pass blamed the truck after I had taken this to a mechanic. he charged me 70 refused to give me the 5$ discount and still charged for me to bring in the truck at an additional 32 plus 825. I'd rather have pros do this and find out why truck didn't pass and not have to pay if it needs mechanic attention. I lost 70 bucks but learned the value of professionalism go a long way read more

Alpha and Omega Auto Smog was an easy experience. I just pulled up and Francisco greeted me with a smile. What made this such an easy thing was that Francisco was able to work around the fact that I did not have my DMV smog letter. He was able to use my registration and other documents to run my test properly. What else can a brotha ask for? If you love where you live and you live in the Valley then spend some cash out here in Pacoima at Alpha and Omega Autosmog. Its right down the street from the DMV so all you gotta do is get your test certificate and and roll down for your DMV appointment. With that said, if you are looking for the "hookup" to "make" your car pass, look somewhere else because the spots been burned at a few shops in Pacas. If you want your car tested legit and quickly then this is a solid choice. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible. I recommended this place to my family and so my dad sent my 16 year old brother to perform the smog check as we all work. Unfortunately the car failed and so my younger brother calls my dad and to tell him. My dad asks to speak the the guy and the guy refuses. He said because he was dealing with my brother already and told him what was wrong. My brother barely understands Spanish and knows less about cars. I feel like HE WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, he happily took his $52 though beforehand. AVOID THIS SHOP. read more

Absolutely THE MOST HORRIBLE smog testing station I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The guy that owns the place is an absolute corrupt person. He charged me $55 dollars just to tell me that my cars OBD( on board diagnostic system) was not ready to be tested, AFTER he had already tested it!! And then told me he could re-test it for $35, plus an additional $8 for the certificate and $2 to transmit it to the DMV if my car passed. And then, as if that wasnt enough, he had the audacity to go on and say that I probably disconnected my battery to erase the OBD's memory so that I could try to trick his machine into passing my car!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I had my engine rebuilt a few days prior and everything had been disconnected! It's been a week now since my experience, and I have just gotten my smog done today at a different station and what do you know? It passed. NEVER go to Alpha and Omega. The guy there will rip you off!! read more
