Everytime they are wonderful, all very kind, yet professional. Just went in on May 15th as the Country is just beginning to reopen from Covid, and I had zero fears that these people have it all under control. From the sweet young girl greeting you in the hall for a temp check and a fresh mask...to the kind young lady I woke up to immediately asking if I would like something to drink. Being my usual "sarcastic self" I mentioned how wonderful coffee will be when I leave...but she mentioned a co-worker might have some, and within minutes I had a wonderful & fresh cup of strong black coffee. :) Think that was compliments of Chase??? Regardless of who, and of all the names I do not remember...the faces don't seem to change, and they're all consistently awesome! I will never go anywhere else for an "elective" procedure. Yesterday at 3pm they wanted to intubate him and put him into a medical coma because his oxygen was so low. My mom requested an x ray multiple times and told the nurse to note the chart that the hospital denied the x ray so that if anything happened it was ON THE HOSPITAL. They threatened to leave today and they finally got an x ray over 24 hours later and he has DOUBLE PNEUMONIA in both lungs!!!!!!! If he would have died and you wouldn't have done an x ray as requested we would have sued the shit out of your hospital. After that we requested to be transferred to the valley because of the severity and they denied that too and explained they would have to find a hospital to transfer care, present his case etc. bullshit. If your patient was asking for an x ray multiple times why was it denied? They have insurance and are willing to pay for said x ray. This hospital is a piece of shit and tried to kill my dad. Do not go here. Make the drive to the valley if you can because if your health gets worse they won't transport you. ZERO FUCKING STARS.

By far, the WORST DME vendor we have ever had the displeasure of working with. This place is a…read morecomplete joke when it comes to customer service. They constantly redirect phone calls to other departments that just redirect you back to the original department. So it's a constant loop that eventually ends in being connected to a voicemail that is never checked. They are also the only vendor contracted with UHC AHCCCS plans. So many our patients don't have a choice but to endure the long wait times, unanswered phones calls, and cancelled orders. The intake reps you eventually speak with also illegally state at times that they are not accepting new patients - even though patients with UHC AHCCCS have no other alternative. Literally, not one. Keep in mind, if a vendor is contracted with a particular insurance company, they legally have to accept patients with that particular insurance. Now keep in mind, no amount of complaining online or over the phone will make any difference. What everyone needs to do is to go directly to your insurance to make the complaints. Get them involved because they will begin the investigations into why this company is not fulfilling their contractual obligations. But that's just the first step. Here are some other things that every patient, caregiver, or consumer can do. 1) Gather identifying company info such as National Provider ID (NPI) number and taxonomy.
