Email confirmation and a reminder came through automatically. They also texted to confirm, and I was able to send pics of my closet with my equipment since I wasn't sure if anything needed to be unhooked or moved (it didn't...they were able to access the tube from the outside exhaust hole). Miki arrived for my appointment and was also super nice and professional. He cleaned out my dryer vent (which wasn't as full of lint as I thought it would be), and he recommended a timetable when to have it cleaned next. He cleaned up the dusty lint pile as well, and didn't leave any mess. I'm on my condo board and even had him look at our community dryers for a quote for the whole building :) Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Not only that, the lady on the phone was incredibly disrespectful, outright yelling at me telling me that I am wrong in expecting them to come on the day they told me they would. I set aside time for them to come only to be disrespected on the phone. No apology or anything. I can't attest to the quality of their work, but the person on the phone made it it clear that I don't want these people in my house.
