It corroded everything that is metal, even a week after they left. The door handles, the balcony railings, so many air conditioner units, furniture, windows, the pavement is all disintegrating now, our roofs are leaking, tiles are coming down and it destroyed the landscaping everywhere. The chemicals even burned holes and destroyed some residents clothing after the rain washed off days later. The scariest part is that it even dripped days later and burnt and stung my face and arms. I'm seeing a dermatologist now. They don't even use tarps or have extra large coverings to protect the propert. They keep on reusing the same flimsy plastic covering that is ripped up. They even destroyed a very high end motorcycle that was protected and had the cover on. The chemical also caused an A/C unit to spark and catch fire. 3 AC's all broke on my block right next to each other after they finished spraying. We are all so upset and depressed because this all could have been prevented. They could have and should have told us not to put our furniture and property back outside for about a week after they sprayed, because the chemicals keep coming down from the rain. We feel like we were Vandalized in here. The pictures alone are heart breaking. How can they make this right?

Two had no idea what to use to replace it and the third guessed but was not sure (and turned out to be wrong). Luckily, I found Dan at Davie Plumbing. I sent him photos of the cartridge, and with just the photos, he found the correct replacement. There was water everywhere, it hit me like a sledgehammer but within a few minutes, I regained my composure and realized I had a burst pipe. Once I found the burst pipe I immediately turned off the water from the main valve. I learned when my central AC went out, don't go to Home Depot first lol. Go to the commercial suppliers, they have parts and knowledge you'll never find at Home Depot or Lowes, so I trekked to Davie Plumbing up the street. Unfortunately, the dude working there Dano couldn't locate the repair parts I needed for my issue because the pipes are polyethylene which has been illegal to use in construction in the county since the early 90's I believe. So not many suppliers carry parts or repair items for that particular pipe. So dude told me to go to Home Depot, and said they definitely had the parts. He not only explained to me how to repair the pipe, but he also drew out a schematic of the parts I needed and how to put it together. I went to the Home Depot which oddly is in the same plaza and found the parts with absolutely no help what so ever from the DeVry grads that work there. I actually asked the front desk to send someone to plumbing, and when they arrived I asked the individual the questions and they said, " I don't know". Now this is the person who works in the plumbing section and they're clueless. Just to double-check that I bought the correct items I went back to Davie Plumbing. The Dude validated I bought the correct items, but he also explained in more detail how to fix my pipe with the items I bought. Frank Seeber himself came out fully prepared to discuss our new roof and explain the entire process. He had with him the brochures of several roofing tile companies. We wanted to change our white roof to a darker color and selected several tiles from 4 different companies. Frank said he would have samples of those tiles sent to us. The price quoted was very competitive. It included the cost of handling the permit process as well as providing the packages necessary for my two HOA's that I would then submit to the HOA for approvals. Frank also explained each phase of the roofing process, at what stage of the job city inspections would take place and the payments that would be made at various points during the installation. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. We told him if we went with him we would not want to start until after the holidays, about 2 months later. Frank said that would be no problem. He said to let him know. We were surprised 3 days later to receive large boxes of tile samples directly from the manufacturers. It was clear he had a good relationship with the manufacturers. We signed our contract in November and our work began in January. From Tear Down of our old roof to the final installation of our Eagle Capistrano Tile in Darker Sierra Madre, including all inspections and final approval, the process took 42 days. Everybody we worked with were Amazing. Jessica and Jamie in their main office were very professional, proactive and responsive. The various supervisors, John, Jose, and Fernando, in the field answered any questions, ensured the work site outside our home was clean every night when they finished and the quality of the work done was top notch. The workers clearly knew their respective jobs. They always were fully prepared for the City Inspector when he came out. The tiles passed the Engineering Roof Tile Uplift Test without any issues. Since we had our house repiped several years ago Supervisor John even went into our attic to ensure that the new pipes would not be near the roof plywood before they did any roofing work. As a note. Included with the job was several sheets of plywood and facia board. Any extra would have an additional cost. Our roof was 33 years old we expected more plywood was going to be needed then what was included. After Tear Down and review John told us he was surprised only 1 sheet of Plywood need to be change and a couple of feet of facia board. He said our original roof, though old, was done very well. No extra charge. We were impressed with their honesty. In closing, we are thrilled we chose Frank Seeber. They made the Roofing Process as easy as possible and they delivered an excellent product. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tomorrow Ralph is returning to paint the wood so that it matches the house. I was glad after my initial call that Ralph came out the following day and began the work and completed it the following day (today).
