    I bought a hot tub that leaked from the time I bought it. Initially I was advised to use an…read moreoutside umbrella that would cover the entire hot tub in order to avoid excessive sunlight that would evaporate the water. I took their advise by buying and installing an umbrella that covered the entire hot tub to eliminate evaporation which didn't work at all. They came and fixed a couple of leaks and charged $400...$400 dollars. The hot tub still leaks and I believe that it sat in their warehouse for several years before it was installed in my yard and perhaps got damaged while it sat. But $7,000 for a hot tub that leaked from the beginning is not right. They probably didn't know it was a leaker, but the guy who came repair some of the obvious leaks commented before he left that there were still leaks present. Not a nice experience with the hot tub I bought from them as I now need to refill it every other week and need someone to come and fixed the leaks I now still have.

I was planning on buying a couple bags of their overpriced charcoal and was told that they would not "come near me" because I informed them that because of a medical condition, I cannot wear a mask. Of course neither of the people working there were wearing a mask when I walked in, proving to me that they are more interested in virtue signaling then in reality. As a disabled veteran, I am disgusted that I have to see this behavior in what used to be the United States.
