A week or two later I came into the shop and met Lance. Very nice guy! He showed me around the shop and we went through different options of powder coat. Ended up going with a black fine texture. Price was very fair and actually consistent with many of the competitors out there. Lance was very straightforward with everything. Their whole team was on it from the start. Customer service was fantastic! My bumper was ready the next day, but I didn't pick up until the following week because I was out of town. Lance even emailed me pictures the day after I dropped it off. I finally picked up the bumper and I couldn't have been happier. Erik was super helpful and understanding. I missed the cut off time twice and when he didn't know if he could get it done for me he even offered up a competitor I could try if he couldn't. For any business to do something like that shows they care about the customers needs. He was able to make it work for me and he got it done for my dead line. The powder coater came out great. His guys were also very helpful and helped unload and load it back up. Did satin black and looks perfect! The price he gave me was beyond fair! Actually it was lower than I was expecting.
