I am a disabled individual who was home for the service. I was in my office on the computer with the lights off, energy conservation and ample sun et al. I'm typing something and imagine my surprise as a harsh blast of air is blasted into my window. My ground-level, back yard window that had nothing from the gutter cleaning ordered on it with nothing else on the side of my house blasted. Imagine my surprise as I see one of the cleaners nearly nose-to-glass with my window grinning like an idiot as my cat - who had been fairly curiously watching - flees in a panic from the sudden loud noise. I don't think they saw me from behind my monitors and with the glare on the window, but they certainly saw the sun-lit cat in the window watching them before they decided to scare the poor thing. If that's the kind of people you're hiring that delight in the torment of animals, nobody should support this service.

Cody's communication was second to none and everything he promised, he made good on. He was on-site every day, multiple times a day, to check on the crew, their progress and check in with us. If anything was needed, Cody would jump in to ensure the crew had what they needed. Everything was delivered on time, from the shingles to when the crew arrived and even finished a day ahead of schedule. The crew themselves were fast, efficient, polite and professional.
