Everything was great, Mike is a very up front person. And a very honest person . My computer gave me the good ole blue screen of death and I freaked out. But I thought i already knew what was wrong. I was wrong (Mike told me very honestly) I contacted multiple places that tried to quote me 400+ dollars each time for the repair a multiple day wait time (up to 5 days) and a new ssd and windows key. Even tried micro center and they told me my ssd was dead ( I'm not a very tech savvy person but I knew it wasn't dead ) they wanted me to get a new ssd but not a windows key. Mike charged me 60 bucks. 60 FREAKING DOLLARS. And those 5 days to fix my computer? Nope he had it ready the next day. Dont go to the bigger chain stores they over charge u for everything clearly. If something is ever wrong and I can't fix it myself im definitely coming back. read more

I wouldn't refer this guy to anyone. I went to him for a screen replacement on a laptop. The original screen was a touchscreen, he replaced the screen with a non touch and broke the computer so that a touch screen could never be placed back on the laptop. He argued with me that I was lying about my laptop and charged me as if the job was done correctly. He told me either I pay him or he would remove the screen that he put on and give me the laptop back. Since he broke the pin set that the laptop originally came with. No one would be able to assist me. read more

Mike saved the day when I accidentally deleted my newborn's photos from my phone. He and his team spent many hours troubleshooting until they figured out how to restore all of my precious baby photos. He backed them up to a thumb drive and restored them onto my phone, even though he doesn't normally do cell phone restorations. He spent the time to figure it out until he succeeded. The price he charged for all of his time and effort was extremely good. He spent time explaining in detail all of the methods he used in extracting the data. I have been to the shop before to reimage my PC and it was very reasonably priced, with a quick turn around time. The next time I need a new PC or laptop, I'll check with Mike before buying online. I'm in complete amazement on how Mike could fix my computer in a short amount of time for an amazing price! My daughter completely destroyed my macbook air and I decided to just let it sit in my drawer until I decided to get enough courage to go to Geek Squad and let them fix it. Mike's is to computers, and should I say tech, what the ole time Blacksmith was to the community, the 'go to guy' to get odd jobs working. I gotten repairs, parts and advice from him that made the fix. You know how technology becomes obsolete so quick, buy it today and 6 months later the computer world is off into something else.
