**Warning to Consumers: Avoid Alpha Elite Roofing** I want to share my experience with Alpha Elite Roofing, specifically the owner Andrew, in the hope that it might save others from similar difficulties. I contracted Alpha Elite Roofing to replace a small roof for over $4,000, which included getting the Texas Department of Insurance inspection and certification. As a first-time homeowner, I trusted the process they outlined. Unfortunately, I discovered that the inspection certificate was never obtained, resulting in TDI refusing to renew my insurance. Over the past three months, I have made at least 75 attempts to contact Andrew through calls, emails, and voice messages, explaining my urgent need for the certification...due to calls from my mortgage and insurance companies. Despite him advising he was waiting to hear back from his engineer (3 months ago), he now refuses to return any of my outreaches or those made by an engineer on my behalf. As a single mother with a single income, I cannot afford to pay for another roof nor can I afford to be without insurance. Please be cautious and thoroughly research any company you hire. read more

I requested a bid on a new roof and had to have it immediately. The President, Andrew, came out as soon as I could be home. He was absolutely attentive, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. He was there to inspect the roof again with the adjuster when he came out & scheduled me asap. His crew did a top notch job in one day! My new roof is awesome!! Andrew also sent someone over who supervised the crew and inspected the work as they were doing it. Alpha Elite Roofing did an awesome job with sealing roof vents and also responding on short notice to troubleshoot a mysterious leak at our commercial building. Based on the work accomplished, I wished we would have called them a year ago when we started our construction build-out. This company , Replaced my neighbor's roof and left my property a mess and the side of my property yard full of nails . Many times I saw them picking up ( I have footage and pictures) parts of my neighbor's roof in my driveway and my yard . I also saw them blowing my drive way off as well . All they did was blow the nails they did not see into the yard or around down my drive way .. so guess what now I had to replace two tires because of them . I do not think it is my neighbor's responsibility, I think the roofing company and contractors . I called them and ,reached out, the one guy I spoke to was super rude and told me that ( if he was driving down the road and something fell out on the road and caused damage it was not the fault of the state . Etc etc true but mr . Roof guy(but ) you guys dropped all those nails on my private property.. I told him I just wanted the tired paid for it was nails from the job . I sent him What he asked for (proof) pictures and video footage ( hell ) I have a picture of him in my drive talking on the phone ... I mean what else do you need .... I also have footage of his crew blowing all the crap off my drive way and onto my yard .... ( my private property ) . I have called this guy a few times sent him messages emailed him txt him .... no response ..... so my advice is this company is the absolute worst ... I got screwed over and they did not do any work for me at all ..... please take this to heart folks ... keep on looking and pass this business by ... my next report will be to the BBB ... If you are not buying a new roof do not bother calling these people. I had them out to look at a leak, never heard back. I followed up because someone gave me their name. Finally received a quote. I said ok let's proceed. Never heard back. Finally received an email that they were "reviewing" their original quote. I said forget it - your service is awful. One of the employees is the moderator of the Facebook group "Talk of Pearland." He has banned me from the group. So petty. He is fine with other businesses being ripped to shreds but no one can say anything about his. Seriously they are full of it. Do not bother with them!! read more

I was unfortunate not to get the good guys that were mentioned on the other reviews with 5 stars. The guy that was supposed to help us didn't do anything. He never went to my roof to do a proper estimation. He is not a good asset to this company. I'll give my business to someone else. I normally do not write reviews, but the service I received from Alpha Elite Roofing compelled me to write this review. I contacted their company on June 18 about a leak in my roof. The consultant Travis showed up at my place on 06/24/2020 1 hour late at 11am. When he arrived, he looked at the leak and took pictures and tried to contact the roofers and sent them pictures. He said he could not get a hold of anybody and they were supposed to be on the way. He sat on my couch trying to reach people for ten minutes and then told me they would be here in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later no one showed up and he proceeds to give me a quote. I agreed to the price and he said they would come by in the afternoon to fix the roof. He called me at 1:45pm and 3:30pm asking me if they showed up and I said no. Being fed up with the lack of communication I told him to forget about it and that I would find someone else. After I cancelled the service, his Boss Andrew calls me apologizing saying they will be here in the morning. This company has huge lack of communication that seems be going on throughout the entire business. Being that it was raining I had urgency to fix this roof. These are not the people you should trust with one of your biggest investment please be aware of this when considering this company...buyer beware!!! read more

Excellent Customer Service! This was my first time replacing a roof and the experience was not as daunting as I thought it would be thanks to Andrew and his team at Alpha Elite Roofing. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful; he took care of absolutely everything, from the insurance claim to inside repairs (due to windstorm damage) to final cleanup. All repairs were done in a timely manner. this company came and replaced my roof and said they was a full contractor and could repair my fence and inside work where my roof leaked they did the roof work but they could not do the other work they have to sub contract the work. like I said they came and replaced my roof and it looks good but in the process of replacing the roof they threw the tarp that was on my roof and some plywood on my A/C that was outside in which cascaded into many issues with my A/C that caused me to replace the entire A/C and they assumed no responsibility for the damage to my A/C their excuse was that it was old and it would have broken down in a few years any way. then after they finished the roof and I had paid for the work I requested a receipt and invoice and the inspection of the roof that I paid for and that the mortgage company requested and I have yet to receive anything and I cannot get anybody to return my phone calls or messages. very unprofessional and a company that uses the line of veteran operated they don't share the core values that I carry with me after serving 22 years in the US Navy.
