She goes above and beyond to create a special experience for every single client, coach, and parent. Whether it's organizing thoughtful holiday events or creating personalized gifts, she truly makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. What really stands out to me is the variety and excellence of the programs offered. There is a Russian gymnastics program which is taught in Russian, and adds such a unique, community touch for those who are familiar with the language and culture. For those looking for fun and progress, the recreational program is super incredible. Jones brings creativity yet discipline to the classes and even holds showcase events which are always a hit, showing off the kids' growth and achievements. Took our kids here today for a free trial. I'll start by saying the Parkour instructor was super awesome with our 6 year old. He understands that he is instructing kids and he made it fun and he was understanding what they are capable of. His name was coach Luke. I highly recommend him. Now... my four year old had Coach Alasdair for a beginner gymnastics instructor and this guy should NOT be in charge of children. He was extremely rough with them and aggressively moving their body parts into the positions they are supposed to be in and he was verbally aggressive/abusive with how he spoke to them. At first I just took it has "ok, this guy is just trying to teach them structure and discipline..." but then I was like WTF dude!!! I didn't hear what he said or did to my kid, but he walked away crying. I also heard him tell another instructor that he is tired of having to explain himself over and over again and you could just tell that he's was visibly and audibly frustrated having to teach small kids. We mentioned it to the front staff ladies and they were sorry that we had a bad first experience and wanted to know how they could make reschedule him for another teacher... we may or may not do that but what I really want to know is if that instructor's behavior is tolerated by this company. If it is, we will never go there again. If his behavior is not acceptable, he needs to not be working there or at least not working with kids. read more

My daughter has been practicing at Alpha for the last 4+ years. She started with preschool gymnastics classes with coach Natalia, moved to pre-team and has been in a team (DP) since then and spends in the gym 15+ hours per week. Coach Natalia is an amazing coach and we are so grateful she was her first coach. Coach Marina, Lan, Becky, Colleen are all great at what they do, kids feel safe and we see not only improvement in skills but also how fast her confidence is growing, thanks to the amazing coaches and their patience and dedication. My daughter loves coming to the gym and is always looking forward to the next practice. We found many friends in the gym, everyone on the team is super supportive. My daughtet loves this gym. She started 4 years ago and is currently in her 3rd season on a team. It is hard, coaches are strict but its the sport that requires discipline and commitment. She gets upset if we need to skip practice and she loves all of her coaches, can't even decide who her most favorite is. Coaches are always there to answer questions and give pointers. read more

I had my trial class for my 5 year old, I pulled her out in the middle of the class and we left. If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all when I first walked in it smells like feet no air circulation at all, second Jillian the instructor was literally so rude to my daughter. Saying "did I tell you to do that?" "I already told you not to do that" Aggressively and rudely. She had an attitude the entire time with not only with my daughter but the other little girl that was with her. The lady at the front desk was nice and apologized though. read more

I registered to get a free trial class, I immediately received a text message from lady called Maureen who asked the age of my child and said she would send me some class options, but was not in front of her computer so might not reply instantly. I responded and was offered a Parkour class time that fit my schedule, I responded and received a confirmation with date, time and location. I also received a couple of emails reminding me to schedule my class or disregard the email if I already scheduled, so I disregarded the emails. When we arrived for the trail class the lady at reception was talking to someone so we waited, and she broke off her conversation to ask "Do you need something?" No hello, just that. I replied we did, we were here for a trial class. She asked my daughters name and entered it in the computer and then told me we weren't registered for a class. I told her I had a text confirmation, which I opened to show her and she said that was from a different company. I asked if I was in the right place and was told again, the text is from a different company it is not from us. You should have got an email. I explained I had got emails but they said disregard if you already signed up and I had a text confirmation. I was then told my daughter wasn't old enough for the class and I had received an email from them. At this point, I realise they must be paying another company to handle their scheduling, fair enough, but how as a customer am I supposed to know that and to know they will contact me differently? I asked how am I supposed to know which communications are coming from who and where I am supposed to look? I was then told, she would talk to the other company as this has happened before. In summary, they were aware there was a problem with their scheduling but take no responsibility for it. A simple apology for their mistake (I don't care who made the mistake Alpha or the scheduling company - you pay the scheduling company it should not be the customer who has to determine the difference) and an offer to look for alternatives would have been appreciated. As it was I was just told I would have to come at 4:20pm, or on a saturday, neither of which work for me and which I had originally communicated when scheduling. I would have been happy to look at different classes like gymnastics instead of parkour, but again this wasn't offered. Just continual denial that it was another company who had texted the confirmation. Finally, I did check my junk mail and found the email they had sent however I would not have looked for this given my method of communication had been through text, and as they had my number I would expect a phone call to resolve the issue and rebook. I would not recommend for a beginner. My daughter really enjoyed the trainers doing the parkour class, but told me she never wanted to do gymnastics again after interacting with those in the beginner gymnastics class. We unenrolled, and there is a 30 day in writing requirement to not be charged for the session after the one enrolled in. It is an automatic charge. This was about 2 months ago and I just received another charge for the next session of $95. I've asked for a refund and will update once I see how that goes, but if I don't hear back I am just going to go through the BBB. read more

My daugther loves to go to the gym. The team training is 4 days a week and 4 hours each time. I am sure it must be tough but she always wants to go and eagars to learn. This really says it all that no only the coaches are great but also the staff and own are all making us feel like we are all in one big and warm hearted family. read more

The website claimed that there would only be 25 kids at open gym but there were a ton! The cubbies were really dirty, no one was wearing masks, and even though it was "open gym" there were a bunch of private lessons going on so there was nothing for the kids to do. Overall, it was pretty dirty and disappointing. read more

3 of my kids attend here. They really enjoy it. The staff is always friendly, ready to help. I have no problem scheduling and contacting the administrators through email. The coaches we've met are always great , with years of experience. I'm not a gymnastics expert, but it's important to me that my kids are challenged, having fun, and meeting new kids.
