Waze took us to the old location, but luckily someone here on Yelp had said it was by Napa Auto Parts. So if you are trying to come here, DON'T follow Waze! Go to Napa Auto Parts and then go around the corner and you'll find it. It was $10 to play, not $7 as someone else mentioned, so clearly their price has gone up. In addition, the door was held open and it was cold inside so wearing layers would be suggested. But we were the only 2 people in the whole place and our toddlers loved jumping on the different trampolines and exploring all of the different playsets/slides. We will likely return again at some point during our inevitably rainy winter months!

The explanation felt abrupt, and the interaction lacked the courtesy and customer service I would expect. My concern is not the policy itself, but the manner in which it was communicated. I hope management can provide additional customer service training to ensure guests are treated respectfully, even when enforcing policies.

Those who work there are mostly high school kids doing the best they can & do just fine. Some of the cons is the parking is terrible; even when I was told by my family to come early to help set up & they have a few "reserved" spots up front, that can vary by the staff who aren't very kind about it even when it's discussed by the payor of the reservation & there is signage to park against the wall near an apartment building next door...or you have to park across the intersection about half a block near some other apartment complexes. So, basically the place is packed with large parties from morning to close so just keep in mind of this if you're planning to come out.

Great opportunity for kids to learn soccer. They have different groups almost all days of the week…read more Love it is indoors so you can have practice no matter what with a toddler. Groups are kinda small, and the big fields are divided for those groups. As kids get older, they switch to other fields or days when other fields are open. They play pretty good. I am very proud of their women league :) Yhe thing I dont like is you have to pay for a membership annually. So if you started o march, they will still charge you by the end of the previous session (3 each month). Charging you on November because they "don't want yo bother you" in the middle of the season you are supposed to pay. Not that nice. On weekends evenings they are open for kids' parties with inflatables, soccer coaches, organizers, and rooms for cake or snacks. Staff is helpful. I like the vibe as all parents are on the same boat. Awesome thing is they sell coffee when training sessions in the morning :D

Classes can be pricey and for some reason the mobile version does not accept Apple Pay but otherwise a great experience and a new felter has been born!
