I would give 3.5 stars for free play and 4 stars for camp. We've been to a birthday party here and today for free play along with my 2 yo and while the kids had fun I do agree with some of the other reviewers about price being a little steep for the small square footage of play area and some parts could use a little more cleaning. Staff was nice and they did pick up a lot while we were there in between waves of kids. 11:30 on a Sunday was a good slot to pick since most of the morning crowd left before lunch and birthday party came in early afternoon so there was a window where there were very few kids there. It can be overwhelming for kids who need some more space and less stimulation. I appreciated the well thought out play areas and while it's better suited for toddler age range my almost 7 year old still had a great time along with his brother. Plenty of seating for parents yay however no area to take a snack break (no food allowed inside the play area). You can go outside to Redmond town center and there are plenty of areas to sit and great restaurants or quick snack bites and if you purchase a day pass you have in and out privledges per staff I asked today.

Very good place for indoor play! I found this place while staying at a nearby hotel and decided to…read moregive it a try. A young lady at the front desk explained how it works: you can either pay $19 per hour for each kid or choose a membership for better value, which I appreciated. The space is clean, safe, and packed with activities that kept my kids entertained. There are a variety of play areas suitable for different age groups, and it's a great option for rainy days or when you need something fun to do indoors. That said, there's room for improvement. The staff could use a bit more training when it comes to charging the correct price for memberships I had a small issue with this during my visit. Also, while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others could be a bit more welcoming. The space itself could also be bigger, especially during busy hours. It can feel a little crowded, but it's still a fun experience for the kids. Overall, Kids Magic Lab is a great option for indoor play, and with a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star spot. I'll definitely consider coming back!

While I understand businesses may have rules regarding outside food, I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled. The staff member who spoke with me came across as rude and disrespectful. The explanation felt abrupt, and the interaction lacked the courtesy and customer service I would expect. My concern is not the policy itself, but the manner in which it was communicated. I hope management can provide additional customer service training to ensure guests are treated respectfully, even when enforcing policies.

The kids definitely have a great time every year & Pump It Up has a schedule for each reservation; the kids are introduced to the concept/safety/rules, led into one of the rooms where they get to play for about 30-40 minutes, then lead into a bigger room where they have other slides and additional activities to choose from (a 'high wind' simulation, photo booth), then lead upstairs to have food/cake with their friends. Those who work there are mostly high school kids doing the best they can & do just fine. Some of the cons is the parking is terrible; even when I was told by my family to come early to help set up & they have a few "reserved" spots up front, that can vary by the staff who aren't very kind about it even when it's discussed by the payor of the reservation & there is signage to park against the wall near an apartment building next door...or you have to park across the intersection about half a block near some other apartment complexes. So, basically the place is packed with large parties from morning to close so just keep in mind of this if you're planning to come out.

There are only about ten parking spots at the building, and nothing else within two blocks. You can't park at the library next door--there was a very over-zealous parking attendant questioning people who tried--and there's no street parking either. That's a real inconvenience in the rain with young children. I went on a Tuesday morning, and it was still very packed. It doesn't seem like they limit entry, and it felt overwhelming with so many kids. We did catch a storytime session, but it was hard to see or hear anything past the first row since the microphones weren't working. Overall, it was an okay experience --fun for little ones but very crowded and a bit pricey for a half-day activity.
