Braces came off, and they refused. Said they don't do that. Guess what? Here we are 15 years later with crooked teeth and an adult that is trying to figure out how they can get their teeth straight again now that they are mature enough to handle removable retainers. When I called them on this nonsense and asked them to re-do the braces, they refused and said we could pay all over again. There is no way I would ever give this place my business. Plus, the staff were never kind to the kids. Treated them like a job only. Makes me pretty frustrated.

I told them that we would just schedule with another dentist and they said okay. One of the hygienist whispered to me that I should call another dentist for treatment because she felt that the dentist was rude as well and said "at least you get to leave I have to work here."
