With the given details and etc. Upon arrival, I just had to stay in my vehicle and notify them with a message that I'm in the lot. Surprisingly no wait time and was greeted at the door to sanitize my hands and get my temperature taken. Inside, the place is bright and spot on very clean. Looked updated and modern compared to my prior. The staff were professional and very friendly. Turned my fear into comfort. Dr. Lanzilotti was informative and I was at ease to hear that my teeth and gums were nice and healthy. Did a quick clean and I was out the door. Confident to return as a routine.

I attempted multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment and unfortunately ran into several communication issues along the way. My first attempt was through a phone call, but the AI system did not correctly capture my information. I then submitted an online appointment request and received a text response from Chloe acknowledging it. I replied to that message but never received a response back. The next day I received an automated email stating the office had not heard back from me, even though I had already replied. I responded to that email as well, but again did not receive a follow-up. I also tried calling the phone number provided in the email and left a voicemail, and later found a different number online and left another voicemail after no answer. In total, I made four attempts to connect with the office but was never able to successfully schedule an appointment. Fortunately, I was able to call another dental office and get scheduled in under 15 minutes with a single phone call. I simply wanted to share this experience as feedback. It may be helpful for the office to review how automated systems and follow-ups are handled so that potential new patients don't fall through the cracks. Unfortunately, due to the communication difficulties, they lost the opportunity to gain a new patient.
