BUYER BEWARE!!! Extremely disappointed in their customer service. If there's a problem it'll take at least a week to get anyone out to fix it. Then they just order a new receiver which you have to replace and ship the old one back!! And that one doesn't even work. Called in the problem again about 1 1/2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Tried calling today, no answer. They have not lived up to their promise. Great assistance. NOT. Their main goal is to sell you their other services. Stop now don't get hooked. It's too late for me, but you can still save yourselves a lot of head aches by going through another more reliable service. read more

Flawless experience from A to Z. I thought I was a DirecTV lifer, but they explained the new technology from Dish and showed me how much I could save by being a savvy shopper for my satellite TV service. I am super happy with the switch. The technology is far superior and my bill is WAY lower. The great thing is since they install both DirectTV and Dish, I know they are going to put me in the best service for the best price. Great sales, install and follow up. I may not be with Dish for life, but I will be with Alpha for life. I trust them to make sure I'm getting the best deal and service! read more

He was always prompt, thorough and respectful throughout the quoting process. Turns out this is very rare. Never had gone through a provider before with television service, but I am a convert! Treated so well - install was easy, customer service has been great.
