As a customer for over 17 years, I will never return to them again. Gave me the run around for a week about some glass displays only to send me an email saying they aren't able to do it due their top guy not being there??? If you need them for anything basic, they can do it, but anything complicated like a bypass glass (Not complicated) door they can't even quote it. Unless you have 3 months to wait around and constantly call them and email them to get a response. Never bringing my business here again. Waste of time read more

Had a sliding glass door spontaneously shatter on the inside of an empty room. Roadrunner glass was able to repair it so quickly by letting me bring it into their shop. They measured it and in three days called for me to bring the door back in. They took about 15 minutes to install the new glass and it is as good as new! I have worked with Roadrunner on multiple projects, and every person, from the owner to the ladies working the admin, and all of their install guys have been so professional, timely, and have delivered on superior quality work. I had them install a shower door for my bathroom remodel, and I am ecstatic with how the door really just tied the bathroom together. They also helped me out with some extra parts that were missing from my other shower door that I didn't purchase through them, nor did they install it. And recently, I discovered that the frame on one of my old windows had broken, so I called them to give me a quote for the repairs. Not only did they deliver (again) on showing up on time, and with a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way, but they saved me what could have been upwards of $1,000 or more by fixing the spring in the window. I really thought the entire window assembly was going to have to be replaced. Since those specific windows aren't even made anymore, I would have had to replace all three windows in that room. Instead, I ended up paying for the service call and two $16 springs. The window now works better than any other window in my 25-year old house. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is in the market for anything to do with glass. read more

My wife has wished to have glass top on her dinning room table for years. I have used plenty of excuses of the years ranging from money, how its going to get here, who to go to etc.... I was fortunate that Roadrunner Glass simply fell into my lap. How may you ask? Well they were referred to me from another glass company here in Meridian. I called one day and spoke to a very pleasant young lady and explained what my wife wanted. She confidently told me, " Sure, we can do that! " Side note: I measured the dimensions of the table prior to calling. So, when I provided the dimensions of the table, the nice and pleasant young lady said, " We can have that for you the next day" She provided me with a very fair price quote. I was impressed and surprised all in one. I informed the young lady that I would check with my wife and return the call when I had an answer. Unfortunately, life happens, and my return call wasn't for another week or two. This time I spoke with Brittany, who was as pleasant as the other representative. I placed the order on Oct 7th and received call that the glass tabletop was ready on Oct 10th. On the 10th, I arrived at the location and was greeted by not only Brittany but by the whole staff. ( Unfortunately, I don't remember the guys' names, but they were equally professional and friendly. ) Our Honda CRV was parked out front of the store, and the running joke was whether or not the glass tabletop would fit. Okay, who want to know if it did or not? Side note #2: Over the weekend from Oct 7th through Oct 10, I measured the interior of the CRV and had about 2 inches of total extra space from side to side. The length would butt up against the front chair if I had them moved up quite a bit. So, it did fit, matter of fact, the lead guy said, " I can't believe your car swallowed it all" Classic! I'll never forget that or the look on his face when the glass tabletop was inside. I would totally recommend Roadrunner Glass for any glass job. On Monday returning to Boise thru Oregon and snow, I picked up a 3-4" tight crack in my windshield from a tire-thrown rock in snow country. Asking around my neighborhood, Roadrunner got very good recommendations. Fellow Yelpers also thought highly of their work and service. So I called them up on Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday morning. By the time I got in to them, the crack had run out to 8 inches and looked like it wasn't going to stop. So there was no question that a replacement was in order. They replaced and realigned the Subaru Eyesight anti-collision system in less than 3 hours. And besides them being a Preferred Service Center for Windshields for my insurance company, they were a pleasure doing business with from the ladies doing the desk work and the service techs. And since I had Full glass coverage on all glass in my comprehensive, the pièces de résistance was that there was no cost to me. Pay and Pack set a request to Roadrunner to measure my two showers. I waited a few days and never received a call. I contacted Pay and Pack to follow up. Pay and Pack called Road Runner and was informed that they don't do measurements. I was told by Pau and Pack that someone from Runner office immediately called back andu was informed that Road Runner indeed does measurements. A few days later, a person showed up. What a joke! First, he never called me to advise that hw was on the way. Second, he barely knocked on the door. When I opened the he was on his way back to his truck. Third, I hardly said a word to me other than the wall wasn't straight! Undoubtedly, he has encountered this with other houses. Pay and Pack called to inform me that Mr. Personality declined the job because my house was not safe and " he would be unable to do a satisfactory job". Admittedly, my house is in chaos due to a number of factors. I told him that everything would be out of the way when the installer came back. Poor communication with me and the store. We had a really great experience with Roadrunner Glass. We had two casement windows that wouldn't shut, and they were only three years old. They came out and quickly identified that the windows were out of speck, and most likely still under warranty. They got our windows closed at no cost, and then directed us to the window vendor for a warranty claim. Not impressed. Hours of business are advertised as 8A to 2P on Saturday. I made a special trip to come to this business on Saturday the 7th, from Nampa. I got there at 150P and the doors were locked and lights were off. I had even called the week before and the lady answering said she would not be open the Saturday before Easter, the 31st, but would on the 7th. Pretty frustrating to find them not open as advertised. I had looked them up specifically as they were advertised opened on Saturday. I work Monday through Friday 8-5 and could not find another glass place opened on Saturday. read more

I needed to replace some weather stripping on a old window, so, since Roadrunner Glass has done excellent work for me, I went directly there with the damaged strip. The receptionist was a gracious as always, and she put me in touch with Tim right away. He looked at the stripping I brought with me, and explained that vinyl weather stripping is no longer made in bronze. However, he thought that he had some in the back room that he had saved from an old window. He gave me as much as I needed to make the repair, and he did not charge me for the material.
