After about 5 months, the SSD died and I lost all my information that had not already been backed up. The computer was under their 12 month warranty so their tech person gave me an RMA and shipping label. I sent the computer in without the hard drive because I didn't feel comfortable sending a hard drive full of my personal information. The company simply sent the computer back without installing a new hard drive. They didn't call or email to let me know what they were doing. When I called the tech again (Lex), he said I should send the defective hard drive and they would replace it. But he would not send me a shipping label. I had to send the hard drive at my own cost. I sent the hard drive with the RMA number and instructions using regular US mail. The box had a return address. I did not buy a tracking number. When I talked to Lex 2 more times, he said they did not receive the defective hard drive. He said there is nothing they will do. They will not send a replacement hard drive. The representative for this company knows that the computer was defective or I would not have taken the time to ship it to them. I've been without a computer for over 3 months. It would have been easy for them to replace the drive with a new drive. I paid over $700 for a computer that they would not fix under their warranty. This is not a company you would want to give your business.
