Okay, so it's my birthday,2006. I walk downstairs in my warehouse to the room where the circuit breakers are and what present awaits me? A very large, very dead RAT. Came when they said they would, did the work they said they would, the insecticide had the effect they said it would. The estimate was the same as the price, even though he did some additional spraying inside. 2) Dave Conti, the owner, did the drilling himself. He is licensed. The process took two hours. There was no mess afterwards. I have a sick dog. Dave assured me the insecticide would not affect the dog. I asked for the label of the insecticide he used. He provided it immediately.
