because I can't give a zero! the driver did not show so when I called the number the ride was confirmed from he was asleep!! he was over an hour away so I would be an hour late to check in for my surgery!!! when I called the main office the man who answered said well it happens ma'am!! when I called my insurance to see what could be done they had told the insurance I refused the ride!! This service has arrived late. The first transport driver arrived late, drove wrecklessly, was constantly on the phone with family members, while doing so drove exceedingly fast down a road with huge dips in the brick road she didn't even try to avoid because she was busy on the phone. She then turned in front of of an oncoming car, realized it at the last moment and barely was able to miss being hit. I have spinal injuries which put me in pain with her driving. Both me and another unknown passenger complained. I doubt nothing was done and she kept complaining about her abusive drunk husband and drunk of a father. She is also a Lyft driver. The second trip after not showing up and constants calls, they told me they had a driver on the way. I called at 12:45pm, 12:50, 1:00, 1:18pm. They lied they were looking for a driver. The original driver told the office he called the night before and I told him I didn't need a ride. He never contacted me. The driver that finally picked me up at 2:20 with my appointment 25 minutes out of town in Battle Creek at 2:30 told me he does this often. The office apparently doesn't do anything about it. I called and complained about this to the office who apparently didn't care. The office was the one who told me he said he talked to me. When I told them that was a lie and why would I be calling now if that were true just blew me off. Their cars are filthy, deep dirt on handles used to pull yourself in the car, the vehicle looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The vehicles smell awful. I've had three rude drivers. The absolute worst transportation company in the area. Live 10 min away from my appointment address and they are either way too early or late. Management does not have a clue on running a business. File all complaints you have on this company. I'm personally going to start refusing their service with my insurance company and you should do the same. read more

This company is terrible, I am 9 months pregnant needed a ride to my Doctor and when I called the dispatcher said there was no one in the area, and needed to reschedule my appointment, this company is a joke. They have been late before but this is a new low. read more

Ran into one of there drivers on the bypass after work. He was doing under the speed limit. When I went to pass him he flipped me off and speed up! Called the number on the side of the van. Operator on the phone could of cared less and blew me off. read more
