Here's a quick summary for short attention span folks…read more This gym is expensive and worth every penny (to me). Your value prop might be different but if you want to feel good, have a staff who care about you, teach and guide you in a professional, friendly, unintimidating way, this gym is for you but you have to put in the time. My legs and back feel great which I was never able to achieve working out on my own. Marino's approach is quite different to what you are used to but you don't have to take my word for it, give them a call and setup up a free trial. 1. The facility is rectangular which lends itself well to conditioning workouts. You need the length so you can actually move. Exceptionally clean, 2 bathrooms and on nice days there is a large garage type door that is open bringing in fresh air. 2. Staff and semi private training. This is what you are paying for. Private personal trainers can cost anywhere from $40 to $70 an hour so the model at Marino's is to provide 2 to 3 trainers on the floor training several people at a time and this is done effectively because you have to schedule your time. This allows a given time slot not to be overrun upsetting trainer's attention. 3. Programs are provided based on your initial assessment and goals. Once a program is completed, another one is issued. This does several things. It keeps things fresh. Doing the same exercise routine over and over again is a guarantee you will quit a gym. It's tailored just for you and at the end of every program cycle, your input on what's working or not is taken into consideration on next program. If you injure yourself at home, develop tendonitis or any ailment that causes pain, the program can be changed at anytime to minimize your discomfort. 4. The staff (trainers and owners) are all higher Ed trained. They are all certified in CPR, defibrillators and have massage therapist onsite. Marino's has a registered dietician (RD), certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). They're knowledgable, supportive and just nice people. 5. I'm coming up on 3 years here in Feb 2021 and my legs feel like marble columns, zero back issues and I can throw a ball again.

I have been training at Marino's Fitness for 3.5 months now and already feel stronger and have more endurance. All the coaches are compassionate and truly care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. I love the wide flexibility Marino's provide to be able to schedule the session for each day. Rachel's constant guidance for the right nutrition keeps us on track. Marino's Fitness rocks!!!

My only feedback is that they need to have better yoga and cycling teachers. This means that the teachers should be engaging and supporting; at the very least, smiling at each member and making them feel like they belong in the class. We need the instructors to improve and be more engaging. Like previous Life Time Wayne yoga teachers: Caitlin and Amy. Also, the music can be too loud in the workout floors and in the locker rooms at night. Everyone has earbuds in anyways, so why blast the music?? Looking forward to the improvements.

All set, but really they should have been more careful. ------------------------------ I am so baffled. I just received an email bill from their aquatics department, wanting to charge me for adult swimming group class I took back in the summer of 2022!!! (It's 2024 now.) While I was in that class in 2022, I had an accident resulting in facial injuries. Back then the manager talked to me and took care of everything. Now more than two years later, they sent me a bill for that summer class--I can't believe it!! I tried to call the aquatics department, but no one answered the phone. So I sent out two emails and now I'm waiting for an answer. This must be a bad joke.

They have a great variety of classes: Zumba, Bombay Jam, Beat HIIT, PiYo, Yoga, Barre classic, Barre Pump, and 305. Some of these classes are hard to find anywhere else or aren't offered in gyms nearby. I've taken all of these except Yoga and I really enjoy them all. It's a great variety of cardio and strength training. The instructors are fantastic. Each one is friendly and welcoming. They make a point of asking if anyone is new and they show modifications. What I also appreciate is that there are all body types and fitness levels, so it's not intimidating.

It is apparent they put a lot of time and energy into each class offered so the members get the best workout. I've taken all of the class formats offered and enjoy each one. I'm not the most coordinated dancer, but I've never felt like anyone is paying attention to my missteps or embarrassed about my dancing. As long as I keep moving and keep my heart rate up, I'm getting a workout!! I made the choice to get healthy by changing my diet and adding Vibe Vault Fit into my life about 3 years ago. Kristine, Bhavna and the Vibe Guides have supported and cheered me on every step of the way. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or a long time athlete this studio will give you a great workout in any class!!

I have lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey and Purenergy has been a huge part of that! For less than the cost of that massive gym in King of Prussia and way more variety than the "Citrus Concept" down the street, you can enjoy similar class offerings, free babysitting 8:30a-12pm Monday to Friday, and twice the ambiance! I find myself in Yoga a few days a week - the studio is beautiful and the mild heat is welcome in these bitterly cold winter months! I recommend Kristy's Wall class for a great deep stretch and Sarah's Power Flow for the ultimate mind/body stress relief! As part of my New Years Resolution, I am trying more of the fitness classes here, and thus far have taken Lisa's Tabata and Michelle's Burn class - both high-intensity interval training guaranteed to ramp up your energy! You'll also find pilates, barre, aerial, spinning, and martial arts classes here - ensuring you'll never get stuck in a rut! I'd personally love to see more Pilates or core based classes in the evening, but realize that has everything to do with instructor availability and member interest! :) Beyond the class offerings at Purenergy you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, clean locker rooms, and fresh towels for the sweat you're guaranteed to break! Drop in for a class - you'll be a member before you know it!
