Their goals are only for themselves not to collab with other offices in the real estate industry. Let me know how many times you can say you did everything by yourself and never needed to use anyone? If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. I can surely bet if they don't call back and service other vendors in the industry I can only imagine how they service a client that they mess up on?
