I previously had experience with both Alpha Tots facilities before deciding they were causing more harm than good. Specifically the owner, Neena. When it comes to the children she is very unkind. I've personally experienced it and have heard horror stories from others (some reviews pictured below).  The way Neena speaks to the children is very harsh and her patience runs thin. She tends to use humiliation tactics to discipline them and then proceeds to talk about them as if they are grown adults who should be capable of expressing their emotions through words. Including laying hands on these children. I especially do not recommend this childcare facility for parents who practice gentle parenting or any other sort of discipline tactics that don't include abusing your children physically/ verbally. Both facilities are known to cut corners when it come to illnesses and cleanliness. Instead of following guidelines, they scramble to make sure everything is in order directly before an upcoming inspection. They claim to practice "safe sleep" protocols, but allow infants to sleep with stuffed animals and blankets. I've been told she also has no regard for her employees unless they agree with her on all of her views including, but certainly not limited to, political ones. Their wages are incomparably lower than competing child care facilities and she does not offer any type of compensation for Covid leave. Even though she requires that the parents still pay in the instance that the facility is shut down for a Covid outbreak. Yet she still expects her employees to go above and beyond for her. The environment is very toxic and she feeds into it intentionally to make her employees lives miserable. Only the ones who don't have the same views as her that is. Not to mention what the sex offender registry map shows around her second facility (not that it is particularly her fault). I'm in complete awe that these facilities remain open after hearing some of these horror stories. All of this being said, whether you are searching for childcare or searching for employment I would choose an alternative.  I do not make this post out of anger or hatred for the owner/staff, I simply want to warn others of the conditions of these facilities. I understand there is no such thing as a perfect daycare, but this particular one is far from it. All four of my kids attend this learning center, and I am very grateful for them, the staff that works at Alpha tots. The entire staff definitely has the well-being of your child in hand and heart, I fully recommend having your kids at this learning center. Safety, learning, growth and proper teaching etiquette are all provided there at all Alpha tots, I noticed there were issues about other people and their child or children being sick and all I have to say is you practice hygiene first at home, you don't rely on others to be the initiator of that, also kids spread germs, kids will be kids, what are you as the parent doing? with that being said you're probably nasty in your home, and then bring it to the daycare spreading germs that's just my take from being a parent whose child goes to this fine establishment, for years. Take it from a man with no bias. Alpha tots is a great learning center and is open to any parent that is willing to talk to them like a decent human being to figure things out. I do have to say when I go in there I always thank them, because we have a lot of kids, and life is currently lifing lol, at the moment, so blessings to the entire staff. read more

Well I just decided to finally write a review about this place since I saw this one. I have two children that have been going here for about three months now. They love it and so do I. The staff is great and even though my youngest son cried everyday when I dropped him off the girls would greet him and talk to him and give him hugs and make both him and myself feel much better about having to drop him off. It was the first time I have ever been away from him so it was painful for both of us. By the end of the second week him wasn't crying anymore and instead when I come to pick him he runs from me saying he doesn't want to leave. We are there for breakfast and I love the variety of foods served, Omelets, Pancakes, freshly made muffins and always fresh fruit ( not the canned stuff!!!) I don't see lunches since I am at work but I do see afternoon snacks and they look great too. My kids have learned a bunch of new songs my 4 yo can write her name now and some of the crafts that they come home with I will keep forever. I have a great relationship with the staff and the owner. They are very caring and I feel very thankful for finding them! read more

My son has been with Alpha Tots for almost 2years after being home with me for 2 years and LOVES Ms Neena and the girls. The staff was amazing about keeping me updated his first couple days to help him adjust. They send me Pictures and truly love the kids!! When we drive by on a weekend my son yells Hi my school and loves being there and seeing his teachers and his Friends. He wakes up everyday and says I go school today and when I say yes he says thank you momma. Im truly blessed to have a place to take my son why I work where he feels SAFE and LOVED!! Last year when covid hit and they were unable to do as many field trips Ms Neena still made the center fun with all the yuck in the outside world. My son Loved the days the farm was at school there was cows and pigs and the kids loved it!!! I feel like we are a family at Alpha tots and my child isnt just a pay check for the staff!! My son has been going to alpha-tots since December. They have been nothing but very kind and very good with my son, he is a one year old. Anytime there's anything going on with him from an incident report to being sick, needing diapers, behaviors, what toys he favors, what colors he favors, they are very informative and very caring. When I drop my son off he is happy to go and always happy when I pick him up. Neena is the owner, she is always on site. I get to talk with her and staff regularly. They always have time to talk about any concerns I have about my son with health or new toddler behaviors. Lastly I would definitely recommend them! When I walk in it's a breath of fresh air knowing how much they care for and are excited to see my baby and he is equally is just as happy to see them! read more

I have been going here for about 8 months now. The staff is very communicative through their app they use and Everyone there has been so kind to my daughter. She screamed at first but slowly she warmed up to them and now she goes in like a boss. No tears, no screaming never wants to leave the center now and loves her teachers. They all worked with her everyday making her feel comfortable and happy. I feel excited to send her and have never had a problem with anyone there read more

This place is absolutely disgusting, The owner, Neena abuse's children and if you are thinking about sending your kids here you might want to think again. Great people who genuinely care about your kids. The director and staff there are wonderful people who pay close attention to your kids and treat them wonderfully. It's so great not having to worry about them during the day and know that they are getting wonderful care. They aren't perfect, but they are great people and do a great job. My oldest daughter went here for a year and now my youngest has been in childcare there for 2 years. I love the staff members and they treat all the kids like family. My youngest loves seeing all her friends and teachers there and always has a smile on her face and ready to go there. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I've never experienced any issues with this daycare! The staff take incredible care of my children, they are consistently keeping me updated with how my children are doing. I wouldn't trust leaving my children in the care of anywhere else. read more
