She is learning to be independent and respectful. The staff are great to work with and they are all great with my daughter. The club offers many extras for kids and families that are free of charge or at a very low and reasonable price. I am very happy with our overall experience here. It's a super great place for kids. I was a bit unsure when I first looked into the club because I wasn't sure how supervised the kids would be and I didn't want my child to have a rough time. I am sooooo glad that I enrolled her and sent her. This has been the best experience! She will now forever be a musgrave unit boys and girls club member.

( We're new to this) Anyway we called All Klear, came out right away checked it explained things clearly to us they were absolutely kind not pushy and that was a Monday, this last Monday the 23rd of March. Today is the 25th of March and they are putting an entire new system in. Initially I was very impressed with All Klear, as they seemingly got us taken care when our HVAC…read morewent out ahead of a winter storm last year and the technicians seemed very professional. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

Within the hour, I received a text from Chris, my assigned technician, letting me know he would be at my property on April 10th. I appreciated the quick scheduling and the convenience of communication via text--it made everything clear and easy to track. When Chris arrived, he was prompt, respectful, and extremely professional. He thoroughly inspected the entire property, including all the areas I was concerned about, as well as the house perimeter and our shed. He took his time to evaluate everything and explained what he was seeing along the way. His attention to detail and willingness to listen really stood out. Today, a month later, he's returning for our follow-up visit to ensure everything is under control and to address any ongoing concerns. This level of service and consistency is something I truly value. I'm extremely happy with my experience so far and plan to update this review in a few months to share how things are going long-term.
